    Every time I shutdown and restart the VM, my VM clock is ahead by 3 minutes, and I have to go into control panel and resynchronize the clock. I have tried the suggestions in this thread including having the Windows time service start automatically, and changing the XML to use UTC time. Additionally, I've tried setting Windows to use UTC time, but I still get the exact same behavior. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
