  1. I would like to make a Unraid server. I will use it primarily for storage, Plex server, cloud services (Nextcloud) and a Windows VM for Blue Iris. I have a small plex library and I never transcode. Mostly use it to record OTA TV and broadcast in its original to my AppleTV. And as far as NextCloud, I want to be able to autobackup our devices and access a large photo library. As far as the rest of its capabilities, I still have a lot to learn. Blue Iris is 5 cameras (1x4K, 4xSD), no plan on expanding. I have a computer I built a few years ago that I want to replace, so my plan is to use the parts from that to make this Unraid. From what I can tell, I should only need to replace the case (I want something smaller and with accessible hard drives). The motherboard has 6xSATA, however, I plan on using a 1 TB m.2, which disables 2 of the SATA drives. I think this would be fine, 4 drives should be more than enough. I plan on starting out with 2x 8TB and adding later. The PCPartPicker link is below with the new case. I am not married to that case, its just one that if found that I could use my existing micro ATX motherboard and ATX power supply. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wbfcqR Is this enough computer to do what I want? It doesn't need to be a workhorse, I won't be pegging the needle that often. Thank you Glen
