Lost system pool/acceleration array config
Filesystem of what? The array? I'll guess if it was usb related, I wouldn't have clean config files (maybe something malformed/corrupted). Array filesystem problems does make sense, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it. One semi-related issue I have is I can't find any syslogs from before the unclean restart, so it's difficult to follow if something odd did happen. I have the option to write syslogs to usb before restart enabled, but it didn't seem to work. I guess it doesn't happen on an unclean restart?

Lost system pool/acceleration array config
Thanks @JorgeB . Thankfully I had backups so reconfiguring the array wasn't difficult. I'm more worried about the fact I lost the config in the first place. I'd like to rectify whatever caused it if possible.

Lost system pool/acceleration array config
Hi, Today I noticed my server had an unclean restart this morning and the array couldn't start due to missing assignments. Initially I thought the unclean restart may have caused file corruption on the boot usb, however, the files don't seem corrupted, they just seem reset. Here is an example from my system pool config (before -> after): diskFsType: "xfs" → "auto" diskUUID: "<uuid>" → "" diskAutotrim: "on" → "" diskCompression: "off" → "" diskFsWidth: "1" → "" diskFsGroups: "1" → "" diskId: "Samsung_SSD_860_QVO_1TB_<id>" → "" diskSize: "976761560" → "0" Not only that, but it seems like the USB backup made to unraid connect contained this reset config before the unclean restart happened (about 5 hours before). Which implies this problem existed before the unclean restart, and the restart only revealed the fact the config had been messed up. Oddly, it doesn't seem like the other drives in my data array were affected, just system pool/acceleration array. I'm missing any logs/insight into what could have reset my configs this way. Does anyone have any tips for how I can troubleshoot this issue more?

Time Machine - Sonoma - help needed
I get similar "connection invalid" errors. Did you ever solve this? Mine backed up for a few weeks, then randomly started failing.

Just bought a license, it didn't work, can no longer purchase for GUID
D'oh! In a futile attempt to not have downtime, I didn't even consider a restart may fix it. Should have known. Thanks for responding so quickly @itimpi and answering a possibly silly question.

Just bought a license, it didn't work, can no longer purchase for GUID
I just bought a license for a server that was using the trial. It's due to expire soon so I'm posting this rather urgently because I'm guessing I won't here back from support till the weekend is over. After purchasing a license, I got stuck on the page "Please keep this window open while we perform some actions". I looked in the networks tab and noticed a bunch of `/graphql` calls with CORS errors. Looking through the settings, I noticed that the local urls supported was not the url I was using to access the server. I also realised that the only tab that was trying to install this license was the one I bought the license on. So, I opened a new tab, stopped the array, updated my server name/local tld to the one I use to access it, and refreshed the original page. However now, it says I'm on a trial again. If I click purchase, it says this GUID may already have a key(???). I got an email with a license, which I tried to install, it says it's installed but it still says I'm on trial. I went back through my history and navigated back to the url that I was redirected to when I bought the license. That brings up a "Plus key installed successfully" modal. But it still says I'm on trial on the top right. I'm not sure how to proceed since a key is clearly associated with the USB, the USB seems to have some license installed on it, but the OS still says I'm on trial. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'd ideally not like to have to buy a new usb if possible.
