  1. Everything is back to normal operation now. After I told unRaid to rebuild the data, I lost the web interface which kinda freaked me out. I tried to restart the emhttp but must have typed something wrong because the console thru up an error about the command. So I left it alone for 24 hours, powered off with the power button and restarted. It ran a parity check and came back with zero errors. Thanks for the help
  2. Thanks for the advice. I opened her up, re-did all cable connections, powered back on, rebuilt data on disk 3 an left it alone overnight. This morning I can't open tower in my browser, but my shares are showing up in windows explorer. How long should it take to rebuild a 1TB disk? Is there a way to restart the web UI from the console?

It looks like that drive has failed. I've attached the sys log that shows the errors I'm getting and also the original preclear results for the new drive. All drives are attached to the motherboard SATA ports. I'm wondering if anything else could be going on or if it is just a failed drive. The last parity check on the first of the month showed no errors. Thanks. syslog-2011-11-10.txt
  4. Just built my first unRAID box. Decided better safe than sorry. Here are my pre-clear results for my 2 WD 15EARs with jumpers installed.
