  1. I have a tams server, 3 pci x cards, although a different motherboard, X7dbe i believe.....I typically get 70-90 for parity check average....I do see over 100 on occasion
  2. you need to change the user of your plex library & temp folders to unraid-plex per the line above.....
  3. I would love something like this for V6....quick google search can't seem to find anything!!
  4. I have built the data model, gathering logic and GUI around the potential for having multiple servers. This is pegged for a later release, however it wasn't on the list for 1.0. Cheers! No worries, i'll just log in for each until the future release!!
  5. is there a capability for multiple servers? I have 2 I would like to monitor
  6. Running it on my production server as well & I have been running it on my test server to learn VM's
  7. not for me, had to do a hard reset.. I had this same error during a pre-clear on my test server... it was an older drive, that i replaced in the last week as it red balled.... so i expected this was the reason it never finished. Does the webgui become accessible again when its done the pre clear?

  9. Up and running on my test server, so far no issues. I noticed in the release notes there is a new SAS driver, I was hoping that unraid would finally see my SAS drive (wanted to replace my cache drive with it), but that doesn't seem to be the case!! I have to check the bios settings yet....see if its recognized there
  10. well... didn't seem to make a difference!! have to stick with afp for now i guess! Seems all my issues stemmed from a pending disk failure, red-balled a couple days ago, now replaced & re-built, transfer's over smb seem to be working fine now!! Please disregard all my previous posts, nothing was related to V6b3!! I guess I should have completed more testing before posting!!
  11. In the middle of a pre-clear on a new disk and checked out my syslog... Is this normal? Mar 25 07:45:07 Tower udevd[26416]: timeout 'ata_id --export /dev/sdk' Mar 25 07:45:08 Tower udevd[26416]: timeout: killing 'ata_id --export /dev/sdk' [26417] Mar 25 07:45:17 Tower last message repeated 9 times Mar 25 07:45:18 Tower udevd[26416]: 'ata_id --export /dev/sdk' [26417] terminated by signal 9 (Killed) Mar 25 07:45:18 Tower udevd[26416]: timeout 'scsi_id --export --whitelisted -d /dev/sdk' Mar 25 07:46:12 Tower kernel: sdk: sdk1
  12. +1 on the roku... I have a couple Roku 3's & they work perfectly!!
  13. well... didn't seem to make a difference!! have to stick with afp for now i guess!
  14. Just doing a fresh install and see what happens....
  15. See here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23789259#23789259 Tried that as well.....
  16. I remembered that at one time during the 5.0 testing, there was a manual update to Samba to attempt to fix the 4GB speed limitation issue. So, I thought, why couldnt I just update Samba manually now. I updated to samba-4.1.6-x86_64-1.txz per: http://www.slackware.com/security/viewer.php?l=slackware-security&y=2014&m=slackware-security.436606 The execute issue still exists. Did I do something wrong? Am I missing a dependency or something? SO far I have tried all of the above, checked reiserfs file system on each disk, upgraded samba, checked the extended attributes.... seems now my copy's fail even when copying directly to a disk share, not only the "Media" share (started prior to upgrading samba)... pulling my hair out here!! not sure what else to try!!
  17. I have 802.3ad bonding enabled and both my nic's always connect at 1000M after reboot. I removed my ipmi card & still have the same issue, i did notice that when my machine if off, one of my nic's still shows activity w/ connection at 100mb I am thinking my issue with nic speed might be linked to my ipmi, I have been haven an issue with no post after trying to install another 16gb or ram, so i had given the ipmi a static ip to see if it would give me any indication of the problem & i believe this started around the same time. on my copy issue...Completed a long smart test so far on disk 5, all passed, Just running a reisferfs check right now
  18. I also seems i don't have any issues copying over afp....only smb *Update: All disk & filesystem checks came back with no errors....It seems this is only an issue when copying to a share with smb, all other protocols seem to work fine, I wonder it this isn't an issue with the latest osx & not something wrong with my array. I don't have a windows machine in the house I can test atm.

  20. I seem to be running into an issue, in the last couple days all transfers to my Share "Media" fail typically between 4 to 5gb, but if i transfer straight to the disk, it works fine, I am thinking it may be a specific disk5 issue, just running a smart test to see what it comes up with, next i will try to check the file system on disk 5. nothing seems t show up in the log, so i'm not sure how to proceed other than i noted above! I have also found that with v6b3 & bonding when i reboot, one of my nix's only connects at 100 & i have to disconnect & reconnect it to get gb ethernet.. So far v6b3 has been working perfectly till this happened, I tried a reboot, but still the same issue. i realize my system isn't really vanilla....as I am running plex plugin & dynamic... but all has worked fine for a couple weeks with these running, so i don't believe they are related syslog.zip
  21. Bump I've also been wondering how to automatically start arch...I suppose could try and add it to the go file
  22. Try a simple one like this: chip "coretemp-*" label temp1 "MB Temp" label temp2 "CPU Temp" If you get anything at all, then you can experiment with changing temp1 and temp2 to other things. Make sure this sensors.conf is put into /etc/sensors.d, then refresh the Dynamix screen. If it works, then make sure it is copied to /boot/config/plugins/dynamix for reinstallation after each boot. I tried to rename my coretemp's previous but it gives an error "unexpected space" Although I had tried "Label Core 1 "MB Temp" etc... I beleive the unexpected space was in the "Core 1" portion....
  23. Or, if possible, try and make it default to collapsed with possibly to expand if needed
  24. I must say I like the new dashboard page, The only thing I think could be improved on is the listing of Processors, I have dual quad core's and it lists all 8 core's and respective speed. It would be nice to have it list only a single listing for each processor, as this would stop me from having to scroll to see the full dashboard. Keep up the great work with Dynamix, All the time you put into it is muchly appreciated!!
