  1. Hi JorgeB, Thank you - i was able to recover the Data and Imported the Pool. the only issue remaining, that I have to Import the pool again, once the server is getting restarted. Any idea how i could fix this? Permanent Import?
  2. okay, how could I import that pool and share it manually? is there an option to copy / import it without loosing the data still beeing on these physical drives?
  3. Hi itimpi, the share was accessible until I upgraded to Unraid 6.12.13. I didn`t change any setting myself, however not sure if the upgrade did it in the background. How could I check / change? ($ zpool export [option] pool? – in case yes, which option?) Please find attached the downloaded diagnostics zip file. shinertower-diagnostics-20241001-1705.zip
  4. Hi JorgeB, Thank you for your immediate reply. What do you exactly mean with “with the plugin” vs. “with the GUI”? Once I`ve created this ZFS pool, this was done by using the Terminal. If I remember correctly, at this time ZFS was supported by Unraid not for a long time and the “ZFS Master” section in the “Main” tab was not existing yet. So I guess you mean with “with the GUI” the section the Unraid GUI? Actually it was not my plan to change the way how to use zfs at all – I`m open for both options, whatever would work better / easier for me. Please find the output from “zpool status -LP” below.
  5. Dear all, I need your support. On Saturday I was using my main media server (running on Unraid 6.11.5) to store and transcode some movies and everything worked as normal. The new files could be copied via Windows SMB to the server, and everything was correctly shown in the folder /zfs/Media/… Also tdarr was able to access the folder /zfs/Media/ without any error. Once I finished the task, I shutdown the main media server as usual. On Monday I started to main media server again, to initiate the next copy and backup job. However before starting, I realized that newer Unraid versions were available and upgraded the main media server to Unraid 6.12.13. Once done without any error messages, I rebooted the system as requested. Once online again, to tried to start the copay / backup jobs, however I had to realize that the folder /zfs/Media was still there but shown as totally empty (via Windows SMB as well as via the Terminal). As the system had started a Parity Check in parallel, I thought the this issue could be linked to the check. But also once the parity check was finished after 15,5 hours (0 errors found), the folder /zfs/Media is still shown as empty. The strange thing is that in Unraid the ZFS called “zfs” is still there and shows still the used volume (65.1 TB respectively 40.1 TiB – pls. see picture below) as before. So the data seem to be still there, however I can`t see / access them anymore. Dose anyone of you know what has happened and how to fix this issue again? Thank you very much for your support! BR, Michael
