  1. Hi, today I fouind out that I have 81 errors displayed in the Array Operation like so: But when I checked the warning notification, it said Parity-Check finished with 0 errors. So I went ahead and checked the System Log during that check, and there are 81 sectors marked incorrect. Does the '0 errors' in the warning means the errors are solved, or do I need to do anything else? The log is attached, thanks in advance. syslog.txt
  2. Thank you for the response, I tried plugging the USB to another port, but it still gives an error -71 code, although with a slightly different explanation; ' usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71' 'libusb1: Could not open any HID devices: insufficient permissions on everything' Is it a driver error? syslog.txt
  3. Hello, I'm trying to set-up my UPS (ICA RN1100C, a local UPS brand), I've connected USB cable from my UPS to my server, but Unraid doesn't seem to recognize the device and it doesn't show up in System Devices. I've attached the log, it basically said 'can't read configurations, error-71', and at the end it said 'unable to enumerate USB device'. I'm trying to set up NUT and I've tried every driver options available in NUT, but NUT didn't find anything from the scanning process. The UPS manufacturer included a driver CD, which contains drivers for Linux (UPSilon 2000). Is there a way for me to try to add that driver to NUT? If so, how do I do it? Thanks in advance syslog.txt
  4. I've tried re-installing the plugin and rebooting, but still the following message appears: "Viewing: Cannot access this device’s Tailscale IP. Make sure you are connected to your tailnet, and that your policy file allows access." So far I've only successfully advertised my Unraid as Exit Node, but that's it. Also, when I try to open [TailScale IP]:5252 in my Unraid's Firefox, it only shows 3 loading / animation dots. Is it a sign of misconfiguration? Vault-tailscale-diag-20240310-175701.zip
  5. Hi, first of all, thank you so much for the plugin. I'm trying to install it on my server but I can't seem to get it to work. I tried the docker container version before trying the plugin version and it worked fine (I can access Unraid GUI from outside), but I don't know what's wrong with my plugin configuration / settings, I can't access Unraid GUI from outside. I've tried setting up over and over but I can't figure it out. I've only done the following: 1. Installed plugin, authenticate TailScale account on Unraid server. 2. Run the following CLI to enable Exit Node: tailscale up --advertise-exit-node --reset (added --reset because I can't enter only tailscale up --advertise-exit-node, gives an error as non-default flags are needed). 3. Set the unraid's route settings to enable Exit Node in my TailScale Machines config. Am I missing something? I've confirmed that tailscale1 is added in Interface Extra. My TailScale settings says 'Viewing: Cannot access this device's Tailscale IP...' even though the status is connected. Also, after I've run the CLI, I can't load the 'Apps' Tab in my Unraid GUI (Download of appfeed failed). Vault-tailscale-diag-20240204-212403.zip
  6. @trurl Thank you for the response, so far I've successfully moved the data off the 4TB SSD, removed the NVMe cache drive, added the 4TB SSD to cache pool, and synced the parity. But I'm having trouble moving back the appdata folders to the current cache. Currently the appdata folder is in data disk 1, I've set the share to use only cache (primary storage set to cache, secondary storage set to none). I tried moving the appdata folder in Unbalance but it gives warnings about permissions, and I can't use Safe New Perms on appdata. Do I need to invoke the mover (Array to Cache) so the current appdata folder in disk 1 is moved to cache, or am I missing something?
  7. Hi everyone, newbie here, been running unraid for around 8 months, mainly to store photos and Plex with 4TB parity, 2x 4TB HDD + 1x 4TB SSD for data, and 1x 128GB NVMe for cache. I'm planning to upgrade my hardware to run VM and I've read that SSD isn't recommended for data disk due to TRIM, so I want to throw out the current cache drive and use the 4TB SSD for cache. Currrently, said SSD is already filled with data, so I need to relocate the data to other drives. I want to make sure that I don't miss any needed step and do everything in correct order to prevent data / config loss, is this correct? - Stop every Docker Containers - Install Unbalance, move datas from SSD to other HDDs - Exclude the SSD from every share - Set New Config, add the 4TB SSD as cache (does parity automatically rebuild after I apply New Config?) Should I shutdown the system after parity has been rebuilt to detach the NVMe drive? Thanks so much in advance.
