Yes, I thought so JonathanM, but I supposed that would work "out of the box". It doesn't, and I don't know how to fix this.

I've created several VMs on my Unraid machine (based on a modest ASRock J5040-ITX) and they seem to work fine if I run them through VNC or Spice. But I've got my server next to a TV on my dining room and I'd like to be able to connect it to that TV through HDMI and then control it with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I've tried Ubuntu and Fedora VMs and the run fine and show video without problems, but there's no sound even if the "dummy output" shows volume going up and down while playing a video in YouTube, for example. I've enabled the integrated sound card but nothing. I restart pulseaudio and confirm that the hardware is detected, but the hardware device detected is the S/PDIF one, not the analog output, and even trying to run alsamixer and changing levels there does nothing. The hardware and the support seems to be there, but I get no sound at all. I've tried with Windows 10/11 but the problem there is even worse: there's no video output when I connect my unraid machine to the TV (I'm using the latest version -0.1.266-1- of the virtio drivers). Nothing. I've tried to check VM Manager in settings, but I can't get this to work and it would be great to have video and audio working through HDMI. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, but I'd like to do that so if I'm using an external library, how to use an internal one? I've got a pretty big library, over 150K pictures and around 10k videos, 1.5TB in size overall. As you can see on the container configuration, i've got /photos -> /mnt/cache/immich-previews (internal library, I guess, but this is 195GB in size and is full of thumbnails) /import -> /mnt/user/fotos (external library with my folder organization untouched, I do create forlders as albums there from my own sanity as I sync/uploads pictures and videos to manage them). Is this somekind of permissions problem? A 'ls -la' shows as follows on these directories: drwxr-xr-x 7206 javipas users 7208 May 2 08:30 fotos/ drwxrwxrwx 6 nobody users 6 Feb 10 09:08 immich-previews/ Thanks!

Sorry, I didn't see this. I tried the commands and got an error, so after that I just closed the terminal, changed the repository in the Postgres docker config and restarted it. After that, it worked fine. Don't ask me why 😛

Sorry, I fixed it. After trying your method I just edited the Postgres14 container to change the Repository parameter and put "0.2.0" instead of the 0.1.11 I had before. After restarting both containers (Immich and Postgres) the thing works. Yay! Thank you!

Thanks. I've tried, but somehow the ALTER EXTENSION vectors UPDATE TO '0.2.0'; fails It shows the message: ERROR: extension "vectors" has no update path from version "0.1.11" to version "0.2.0" So I'm again stuck.

Today I saw there was an update available for immich. I installed it from the Apps (ghcr.io/imagegenius/immich) with Postgres14 and Redis and everything was working fine (around 150K photos/videos already indexed), but after the update, who seemed to go well, Immich no longer starts up. The log shows this message: The pgvecto.rs extension version is 0.1.11, but Immich only supports 0.2.0 and later minor releases. And this is consistent with the v1.95 release notes. The problem is, I have installed it through Apps (not following the Unraid howto published on their site) and I don't know how to fix this. Can someone help?

4.9MB It keeps there. I wonder if it would be a good idea to restart the restore process again. And if maybe having the tar.gz and xml files I could do the restore from Unraid's console.

I've replaced my 2TB SSD cache drive for another with 4TB and after making the appdata backup with this tool I'm trying to restore it, but it seems to be forever working to restore the krusader template. It's been 15 minutes now and that template isn't that big so I think something is going wrong. Can I do something to solve this? Edit: added another screenshot with the ab.debug.log. I've got an Unraid machine with an ASRock J5040 motherboard with only 4 SATA ports. It's fine for my purposes (came from a previous system), and I have 1 x 2 TB SSD (cache) 3 x 10 TB HDD (Raidz1 main arraid) I've used the SSD not only for cache, but to have there all my personal photos and videos. After organizing all of them I've realized that there's almost no space left on the SSD, so I have bought a 4 TB SSD drive to replace it. The problem is, I don't have a 5th SATA connector that could allow me to connect it straight away, copy the data from one to the other and keep everything as it is. I wonder what would be the easiest and safest way to replace the SSD. I guess I should shutdown Unraid Take out the 2TB SSD Drive Connect the 4TB SSD Drive and initialize it to replace the old 2TB one Connect the 2TB SSD Drive to the USB port of the Unraid system through an SSD to USB adapter and make use of Unassigned devices to mount it Copy everything from the old drive to the new one. I don't know if this makes sense, there's probably a better option (or one that works if the one proposed is just not right). Edit: I've seen this post titled 'Replacing a pool disk' and the process I mention seems to be pretty similar to what this explains. Let me know if that would work (the new drive would be empty, so the idea is to format it and then copy all the content from the older drive).

That makes sense. I'm trying to test it but for some reason, even though I've got several indexers and Prowlar and some of them should include results in Spanish, they always show results in Hindi and Italian. It's weird. I'll test more and see where this goes. And I'll ask too in the Radarr forum to see if there's any luck. Thanks!

Oh, ok. So the process is: Search for certain movie in Radarr. It gives some search results, I select the one I'm interested in, but I disable the "Start search for missing movie" right away because if i select that it starts downloading the English version (because I have made some mistake and I don't know how to select the Spanish if I want that version instead in some cases). If I click in the movie poster and then I click on the "Search" tab I get a list of possible torrent files with their features. Some of them include the Spanish language and those would be the ones I'm interested in, but my current configuration downloads the English ones, not the ones I would want (again, not always, but sometimes). So two qestions. One, how to make that Radarr knows and selects that "Spa" version of the image (it's an example), and two, how to be able to select English for certain searches, and Spanish for others. I've tried to consult Radarr's documentation, but the Audio Language part isn't really clarifying for me.

I'm afraid I still don't know how to do that. I've set the score to 1 and also set the minimum score to 1 in the quality profile I've created, but even with that i've tried several movies —some of them do have Spanish versions— and they still ignore that preference. Do I have to "move" quality profile "cards" to put "Any-Spanish" before "Any" or something like that?

BTW, now there I'm here, I'm trying to use custom profiles to get certain movies in certain languages besides english, but I'm making some mistake again. I've tried to create a quality profile called Any-Spanish, for example but I don't know if what to put on the Score option. Besides that, I don't know how to select (or force) the "Any-Spanish" profile when searching for new movies. I don't see that option, and even in the search options on a particular movie, where several torrent appear with language, I don't see Spanish, though I would have expected to. Can someone explain me how to do that and in that case download the version in the language that I want, not having it in English and then in Spanish, for example (if it appears as a search result)?
