    在外网使用emby看视频转码 可能是网络不好且原片源70m码率转20m导致的cpu满载（12100不知道为什么没有用到gpu）之后unraid卡死无法进入webui和sh，如果可以通过核心隔离我应该怎么设置 是把需要留给unraid的核心点亮么

    我看官网又中文合作，不知道国内有没有客服，官方客服工作时间是什么时候。 启动盘出错了，换启动盘搞了半天不能更换密钥，今天上午客服发了我激活链接没收到，我突然想起来付款时的截图页面是邮箱后缀填错了，想要更改邮箱，北京时间十一点半再次回复客服后就没有回应了
