  1. That is definitely worth a try. For protect in Chrome numerous things don't work and need to use Edge to do.
  2. I just moved over to a UCG-Fiber. Created a network backup from the self hosted and then imported the backup to the UCG-Fiber. Then on the Unraid UniFi controller I changed the set inform address to that of the UCG-Fiber and turned off the UniFi docker All went smooth
  3. That really is a shame that Unifi are forcing this change. Given these changes I think it is time that I move away from self hosting to a cloud gateway. I have just ordered a UCG Fibre to get me going on that journey. Thanks @PeteAsking for keeping the dream alive so long!
  4. 10.1.84 has just gone official according to the UI releases forum. There is a large changelog, so if you need stable functions I would suggest waiting a few weeks after a few people here test it out after 11 Notes pushes it out.
  5. Are you using the inform host override function in the controller? If so have you set this to the unraid server IP? I have the same switch and it is working fine. Also are you using any VLANs with this switch? If so try disabling any VLANs and try again as some of the older flex mini switches would have issues because of this
  6. 10.0.162 was pushed by 11 notes yesterday it looks like. Unraid showed the update as I am using the 10-unraid tag. Update went fine and it is back up and running so far without any immediate issues. It has only been running for 5 mins so far but will update this thread if anything goes wrong
  7. 10.0.162 is marked as official for a while now, but only a minor bugfix release. 11 Notes has not pushed this release out though https://community.ui.com/releases/UniFi-Network-Application-10-0-162/2efd581a-3a55-4c36-80bf-1267dbfc2aee
  8. That's correct. Download the certificate from the browser, upload the certificate to your machine's CA store then modify the hosts file to point to it
  9. I made a custom DNS entry to point unifi:8443 to the web address of the user interface. I also uploaded the Unifi certificate to the windows certificate store and those errors have gone away for me
  10. Updated using method 1 and 10-unraid tag. Devices took a little longer to adopt than previous updates, but GUI is loading back up fine and everything seems to be working so far
  11. Thanks for this, that explains it. I am happy to test once they are available
  12. Tried the new 10.0.160-Unraid and rolling-Unraid tags just now. Neither would start up with Unraid GUI showing as unhealthy. Rolled back to 9-Unraid tag and everything is working again
  13. In the Unifi controller you can lock it to an AP. Have you tried that? Also there are reports on the latest U7 FW that some devices are having connection issues. Did you happen to update the FW of your AP over the last few days as well?. If so I would suggest rolling back AP FW and seeing what happens
  14. I updated to 9.5.21 last night using 9-Unraid tag. It has been running stable for 10 hours so far. No issues to report at this stage. I will update if anything breaks
  15. Currently using 9-unraid tag and updated to the latest controller version when it became available last night. No issues have popped up so far. On a side note object based networking is working well in this update with me being able to route all traffic from my Apple TV's via Nord VPN quite easily
  16. Using 9.3-unraid tag currently. I updated to 9.3.45 around 10 hours ago. No issues to report
  17. Hopefully it can be run in docker which is what many are calling for on the forum. If that is the case it could replace the current controller and give a more feature rich experience without too much hassle it would be good Unrelated I run the Unraid 9 tag and have just updated. Everything has been running fine for around 30 minutes at this stage
  18. Interesting development from UI to release UniFi OS Server gives more features than regular self hosted controller https://community.ui.com/releases/UniFi-OS-Server-4-2-23/21df94e9-55d6-4298-b849-fbef3e3b1dd6 UniFi OS Server allows users to run the full UniFi OS experience on their own Windows, macOS, or Linux hardware. Initially, it will support the UniFi Network and InnerSpace application. Benefits of UniFi OS Server (Compared to Self-Hosting Only the Network Application) Opting for a UniFi OS Server provides several advantages over simply running the standalone UniFi Network application: Full UniFi OS Experience: Enjoy the comprehensive and unified UniFi OS interface, providing a consistent management experience similar to that found on official UniFi Consoles. Future-Proof Platform: Built on the UniFi OS foundation, this self-hosted solution is better positioned to support new features, updates, and upcoming UniFi applications, offering greater extensibility. Unified Updates: Manage updates for the underlying UniFi OS and its applications through a more integrated process
  19. I have just updated the tag to 9-unraid and it successfully moved my UNA to 9.2.87. I did notice on this version of UNA that my devices stayed offline for longer than normal when UNA is upgraded so anyone that upgrades, don't panic and give it a few minutes. So far no issues to report, but its only been running for about 10 mins. I will update if I encounter any issues
  20. @PeteAsking I noticed there are a few new tags in the repo i.e. 9-unraid and 9.2-unraid. Does this mean if you used 9-unraid the docker would update as new builds are released in the 9.xx branch?
  21. New release is out for those wanting to choose their own adventure. Decent amount of changes https://community.ui.com/releases/UniFi-Network-Application-9-2-87/81a6a594-e925-4100-b1d7-351d2b91a7fd
  22. Upgraded to 9.1.120 and haven't had any issues so far. I also upgraded to zone based firewalls which helped me finally solved an issue I was having with trying to route Airplay traffic between VLANS.
  23. 9.1.120 has just been released. Huge update! Hopefully it comes to Unraid
  24. I cant believe I missed those requirements. UXG Pro official release hasn't hit 4.1 yet. Thanks for clarifying
  25. I've updated to 9.0.108 but am not seeing the option to move to zone based firewalls. Anyone else who has updated able to see this?
