  1. thanks for the feedback, as for upgrades I was thinking about a better processor but the Dell T20 is an old model got it at a good price on eBay, I was thinking 4 x 8TB drives but still debating it. I am new to using unraid, so I want to play around with this build learn as much as possible then think about my next built version. I do want to use it for my media server and rip as many UHD Blur ray movie I can get my hands on; and transcode lower quality movies to 4K versions I do travel a lot so I would like to access my server remotely; and on my mobile device, also use it and setup my home security system, run a few windows VM for testing what your thoughts on pass-through devices?
  2. bought a Dell PowerEdge T20 running unraid just have Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1225 v3 @ 3.20GHz Memory: 32 GiB DDR3 Single-bit ECC One 250 GB HD One 2TB HD more coming in the mail my goal is to upgrade as much as possible before thinking about my next build any ideas on upgrades ?
