  1. Switching over is tempting but my freenas is old and the thought of having to redo it completely gives me anxiety I haven't asked in the truenas forums yet though and that'd probably be a good place to start. I use hostpaths for all your servers so I can navigate the server files at will (as opposed to them being inside the container only), I think it's the same thing as a "bind mount"?
  2. Damn that is bad news! I just don't get why I had the same issue on both windows and freenas. I tried setting the UID/GID to three known values (1000, 972, 568) and still had the same permission errors. I had them too with your valheim server but that one runs just fine. Project Zomboid server had no permission issues in the logs and also works, just not sure why Satisfactory is being a pain- but Palworld was doing the same thing so who knows. Pebkac I imagine. Oh well, thank you so much for trying and looking into that for me! You're a gem of a maintainer.
  3. Thanks for the quick reply and for remembering me Yes I'm on freenas scale and this is a brand new installation. The only files in the directories are that of steamcmd, apparently it couldn't download the server files but can get steamcmd stuff just fine, at least according to the last message in the logs. I also tried it again via docker on my windows 11 desktop (docker pull ich777/steamcmd:satisfactory) and have the same issue: Not to contradict or repeat myself but I still think there might be something wrong with the image... or something?? Sorry, not sure and relatively novice with Docker however given that the same issue happens on freenas and windows I'm unsure on how to proceed! I also tried running steamcmd natively on windows and it grabbed the server files just fine- it's just the docker image that seems to be having these issues. Thanks as usual for all your help ❤️
  4. Is there something wrong with the satisfactory image? I don't think it's downloading the game files properly or something: I haven't overridden any of the ENV variables. Any help would be appreciated
  5. I can't connect to it locally so I can't even tell if I port forwarded correctly yet (likely fine?). I see some errors in the log files which I'll dump below but unsure if it's related. I also can't see the server in the server browser nor can I connect to the server. Here is my entire log file, mostly chmod errors- not sure if they're related to the server not being connectable (running via truenas scale's docker):
  6. Currently getting the following: My server does not allow any connections (lan or wan). Also I'm hosting this via Truenas Scale (shouldn't be related?) and port forwarded properly. I'm currently using your project zomboid server image to host a server and no issues with it at all, but I can't connect to this server, not sure if it's up or not (assuming it's not up) Any ideas? PS Thanks for your hard work I'm sure this is a very hectic situation.
