Solutions

  1. fun.hat's post in Upgraded 6.12.6 to 6.12.14 can no longer decrypt drives was marked as the answer   
    Update - multiple soft reboots did not change anything. A complete power cycle has resolved the issue. Very strange. So now I guess my question is if this had anything to do with the OS update? I'm gun shy to try updating it again.
