  1. Hi everyone, I’m planning to upgrade from Unraid 6.12.15 to Unraid 7.0 and wanted to check if there are any potential compatibility issues or steps I should take beforehand. I’ve attached several screenshots of my current configuration, plugins, user shares, Docker containers, and cache pool setup for reference. Details of my setup in my signature. Cache Pool Setup: • ZFS with RAID0 across two NVMe drives • Compression enabled, auto-trim on Primary Concerns: 1. Will the ZFS cache pool in RAID0 require any adjustments during or after the upgrade? 2. I'm running a script with CA Mover Tuning to only move older files onto the array every week. As well as the classic user script to force nvidia to idle at startup. 3. Are there known issues with any of my plugins or Docker containers in Unraid 7.0? 4. Should I disable any scripts or services before upgrading to avoid conflicts? 5. Any additional pre-upgrade tips (backup, troubleshooting steps, etc.)? I have everything backed up to the external HDD (unassigned devices) and to Google Drive (except actual content in the array which is replaceable) using appdata backup. I've attached screenshots of what I currently have. Anything jumps out that should be of concern?
  2. I’ve never experienced this issue hence I thought it was a new one due to the person I quoted experiencing this on 7.
  3. I was about to upgrade, thank God I read this first lol I have 64GB of memory and my ZFS cache pool uses the full amount of ram a lot of times (as intended). How was this overlooked? odd
  4. Does Overlay2 driver applies if one's using docker img instead of directory? Still haven't updated
  5. Oh that's good news! Your script has been a lifesaver so far! Don't know when the official public release will be but I'll wait till then!
  6. Same here. Infinite spinning.
  7. CleanShot 2024-09-14 at 14.54.13.mp4 A couple of things that are odd. Page shows everywhere is clickable but does nothing when you click anywhere. Footer seems to hide the pointer?
  8. CleanShot 2024-09-12 at 23.44.24.mp4 Hi all, Today, out of nowhere this started to happen with this plugin. Any idea how to get it to stick? Notice the error that shows at the bottom? I have no VMs at all.
  9. Thanks. Any no fuss, easy to follow tutorial? Maybe SpaceInvaderOne?
  10. Hi everyone! I'm currently out of the country where my server is on holiday, I can obviously connect with unRaid Connect to the webUI but of course I can't access any of my dockers. I currently have an issue with Sonarr and need to access it. Is it possible to setup tunneling remotely as I currently am? I only need to be able to access my dockers, nothing else really.
  11. From 6.12.8 absolutely smooth update.
  12. CleanShot 2024-03-22 at 09.01.26.mp4 @ich777 I'm having this weird issue. I had your TOR container installed that did this, whenever I accessed it it showed a directory listing and I had to click on vnc.html everytime and then click on connect to novnc. I deleted tor and removed its appdata entry. Installed Edge to try it and the same thing happens? Is this normal / expected?
  13. Absolute legend! It helps a lot thank you!!
  14. Thank you! I actually lied, that wasn't the last question! If I want to use 2 instances of say, Firefox container and another of ungoogled chromium. Since they're using the same VNC that's pretty much not doable right? I've had issues with running LS's Firefox and Chromium at the same time, different ports, still redirected to the same kasmVNC instance. Just wondering if it's possible to do this here.
  15. Thank you so much! Last question, is it possible to have the browser autoresize to my browser's window size as it does on LS's container?
  16. Should I delete or leave the default one that comes with the template? Obviously changing this port as well Also, first time using a browser instance like this. When one downloads anything where does it go?
  17. Yes, so you turn off Network on the container and add --network=container:GluetunVPN to extra params
  18. SABnzbd is running on 8080. On Qbittorrent which also wants 8080 I just changed every instance in the template to 8081 for example and on Firefox which only has one entry for the webUI I changed it to 8082. On Gluetun I added a new port 8082:8082 (just like for Qbittorrent)
  19. Has anyone had any success routing Firefox / Edge containers through Gluetun? I currently have Qbittorrent routed through it working perfectly. I did the exact same thing with Firefox container for example, and it just doesn't open. Same exact thing parameters. (different port obviously) Without routing it through it it works fine
  20. Thank you! That makes total sense. Also, jsut regarding your warning: WARNING : ONLY USE THIS SCRIPT IF YOU HAVE MIRRORED CACHE, OR REALLY DON'T CARE IF YOU LOSE ITEMS HELD IN CACHE. Why do you say that? As far as I understand, you're just collection the files age and sorting them by that order and mover is ignoring the files that are in the output txt file. So why would there be any loss at all?
  21. Since we're already using MAX_SIZE here to define the maximum amount we want to take files into account as they occupy the cache, how should the mover tuning plugin be setup? I currently have it so it only moves if it's at 90% usage, should I remove that?
  22. Just a simple question. I'm a bit confused regarding ZFS pools + TRIM. I have a raid0 zfs cache pool. Scrub is scheduled to run weekly. What I'm confused about is the "Autotrim" is ON yet there's still the TRIM settings in Scheduler. Should I be running the scheduled trim? or just disable it due to the "Autotrim" which I don't even know what it actually means
  23. So it looks like Plex is the culprit... I don't get it. Plex isn’t respecting scheduled tasks option selection even though I have every setting that could cause media analysis/scanning turned off. Video showing it doing, started at around 7:10am. You can see it’s just cycling through as all thumbnails have already been done and there’s none to do.
  24. Damnit Yeah I knew it was consuming way less in Win11, it is what it is I guess
