  1. tower-diagnostics-20260326-2023.zip I'm on unraid 7.1.2 and my GPU has disconnected a few times. my server had been running fine a couple years now. I even tried swapping out my gtx 1660 to a 2060. The common issues plugin also gave me a warning a couple times that I was running out of memory.
  2. Any idea as to what would be causing this? only seems to effect plex. I've tried a new NIC and ethernet cable. Doesn't seem to make difference, May 29, 2025 19:23:37.756 [23366031375160] DEBUG - MyPlex: using cached data for request for https://plex.tv/api/v2/server/users/services?auth_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx May 29, 2025 19:23:38.227 [23366156831544] DEBUG - NetworkInterface: received Netlink message len=1432, type=RTM_NEWLINK, flags=0x0 May 29, 2025 19:23:38.227 [23366156831544] DEBUG - NetworkInterface: Netlink information message family=0, type=1, index=84, flags=0x1002, change=0xffffffff May 29, 2025 19:23:38.227 [23366156831544] DEBUG - Network change. 3. I’m having playback errors on plex all of a sudden. Looks like the network is dropping out. I’m pretty clueless with networking. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Anybody have any ideas?
  4. Its been a pain in the ass but i've figured it out. No crash in over 3 weeks. The changes I made were i change the path to /mnt/cache/appdata/binhex-plexpass/ from the default that was /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-plexpass/ . I'm not sure if there will be any unintended consequences to this change but it worked for me. The other thing I did was I added --no-healthcheck to the extra parameters in the docker container. Hopefully this helps people with the same issue in the future.
  5. I’ve narrowed it down to Plex. I’ve even created a new container and it still crashes. It seems to be during scheduled tasks. There’s more than a few people with this issue online. I’ll have to narrow it down.
  6. I’m having the extact same issues that you guys are talking about. It also seems to be during scheduled tasks. Anybody been able to figure it out? Even a new container still has the same issue.
  7. I'm not sure why its unable to create a directory. The plug in was working for me before and just stopping working, Not sure if it stoped working when I updated a while back? Nevermind. I deleted the backup folder and it worked now.
  8. I think my plex container is crashing my whole unraid server when the scheduled tasks start. It'll run from anywhere from 1-10 days without crashing. My whole server locks up and needs a hard reboot. I've posted my unraid logs and been told it doesn't point to any issues. I tried looking up my logs for plex and theres a shit ton so I don't really know where to look.
  9. I had another crash today after all the changes. Its a shot in the dark and I did some reading and apparently people have issues with organizr being on /mnt/user/appdata/organizrv2 instead of /mnt/cache/appdata. If that doesn't fix it i'll run it in safemode and see what happens. I also had read that people have had issues with leaving the webui open all the time which I have been doing with unraid and organizr on 2 PCs. So I'll stop that and see what happens. I'm just posting all this so if I ever solve this It'll hopefully help somebody in the future.
  10. I just changed a bunch of BIOS settings that if anything should help. PSU Idle power control to typical I disabled global C states turned off xmp turned off secure boot disabled onboard audio and I'm running a memtest. Not that I know anything but so far all the crashes have been overnight and for whatever reason the power button isn't functional while its crashed I need to pull the plug. That makes me wonder if it was related to the sleep settings that I disabled.
  11. I had another crash. Im guessing its the same deal. Its seems like its around the same time for whatever reason too. syslog-previous
  12. when it happens my server is still physically running I just can't access unraid or anything. is there any common hardware failures I should look out for?
  13. That sounds like a nightmare lol. Thanks I'll look into it.
  14. Ive been having crashing every few weeks recently. I'm on unraid 6.12.6. My docker containers are on ipvlan. Not sure when it crashed but I rebooted on Aug 9 7:41. syslog syslog-previous
  15. Is there anything wrong with my pathing? Can't seem to get any games to direct launch.
  16. I have Plex pass and GPU and went with Linux server.
  17. To be clear I have no idea what I'm doing but using the ignore command worked for me. Its mentioned in this thread https://github.com/ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair/issues/141
  18. I'm having the same issue
  19. Hi I got a machine check event. It said to post here. tower-diagnostics-20240708-0837.zip
  20. I’m also having the exact same issue. It was previously working. I’ve got the same path as him also. also looks like it’s saying my back ups share is full even thought I’ve got 2tb left on my server. mkdir: cannot create directory '/mnt/user/backup/unraid_appdata_backup/Test': No space left on device SOLVED: I’m a dummy and my minimum storage for my backup share was 500gb
  21. I figured it out. I put NVIDIA_VISIBLE-DEVICES instead of NVIDIA_VISIBLE_DEVICES. Missing an underscore lol
  22. No it’s not listed there. Sorry I should have mentioned that. That makes me think there’s an issue with the GPU and docker all together. I’ll delete the drivers and the GPU plug in and start over.
  23. Yeah I've never seen anything show up here before. Also doesn't show up in plex, just shows auto. I'll redo the GPU installation and check back. Based on my limited knowlege I think I set up the container properly.
  24. I just removed all the ram transcoding stuff and it still doesn’t use my gpu.
  25. I'm having issues getting my hardware accelerated Transcoding to work with my nvidia GPU. Plex is using my CPU. This is what I have set up. I have the unraid drivers set up and plex pass. Is there any way to check if my GPU is passing through to docker all? I tried setting up headless steam for a while and I had a bunch of issues and I wasn't sure it was working with that either.
