[Support] Paperless-ngx Docker
I set up paperless ngx a while ago and uploaded and categorized quite a lot of docs. for some reason, while the OCR-data and my manual input is still there, the thumbnails aren't and the original files are not. that means. 1. i cannot find them on my share, they are neither in /usr/src/paperless/media (which is my Media-path, but this folder is completely empty in Krusader after clicking on src) ... nor in /mnt/user/appdata/paperless-ngx/data (which is my Data-path) 2. when i try to re-upload the original pdfs, paperless ngx tells me, that they are duplicates of the ones already in my database 3. when i try to download the files in the paperless-entry, I get this error: GET /api/documents/45/download/ HTTP 404 Not Found Allow: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS Content-Type: application/json Vary: Accept { "detail": "Not found." } any suggestions what I might have done wrong or where I could find those darn files or how to re-upload them without having to do all the manual input again?

Cannot access my Unraid Server via Windows Explorer after switch to Windows 11
Thanks a lot. The guide helped me a lot. I recommend everyone give it a read. My solution in the end was simply put this: 1. Add a new user with password to Unraid. (Users - > Add User. Remember the credtials.) 2. On the Windows PC go to "Windows Credentials Manager" and make sure, that you have the login credentials of that user stored for the login to your Unraid-server. As long as the settings of the shares you want to see and edit on your Windows-PC are set to "public", it seems to do the trick. I'm still a bit baffled as to why this didn't just work with the original user. But okay.

Cannot access my Unraid Server via Windows Explorer after switch to Windows 11
Hi there, I recently set up my PC with a new installation of Windows 11 after using Windows 10 before. I changed nothing on the Unraid system Before the switch, I could easily access my files from the Unraid Shares (at least certain Folders that I specifically shared) via the Windows Explorer. Under Windows 11, I can still see my "TOWER" in the Explorer, but when I try to access it, I get an error (code 0x80070035) I'm not sure what went wrong. I was looking through the threads that have similar problems and tried some of the solutions, but most do not have quite the same problem as they cannot even see the "TOWER". I know asking for a solution that is probably buried in this forum somewhere is a little rich, but the mountain of different ways to attack this is a little overwhelming. So if someone has a specific idea to my problem, that would be super helpful. Thanks for considering to help.

Unmountable disk after "unclean shutdown"
Changing the filesystem worked to bring the array up again. Hope I don't run into any other trouble. Gonna build myself a new stick asap. Thank you guys.

Unmountable disk after "unclean shutdown"
I can switch "File system type" to xfs, but the [?] on that option tells me that this will trigger formatting the device? >>> "Enter the desired file system type. Changing the file system type of a device will permit you to reformat that device using the new file system. Be aware that all existing data on the device will be lost." "What else besides the data on that disk do you want to keep?" Ideally, the whole setup of the dockers I installed. It was a lot of work to customize all that. But if that isn't possible, now that I know how all of that works, I can rebuild it in a day or so. Preventing data loss from the HD would be my priority. "You must always keep a current backup of your flash drive." Yeah, that will be something I prioritize from now on Edit: I was thinking about unassigning the disk and try to mount it in a new configuration or as an external drive. Is that a bad idea?

No, I ordered new USB drives yesterday and they should get here tomorrow. Anything I should keep in mind when migrating the USB drive?

Unmountable disk after "unclean shutdown"
Hey, I'm quite new to Unraid and built my home server for the past 6 weeks. Now I've run into some trouble. I had to do a reboot and when my system didn't get to the login (bzfirmware checksum failed), I found out, I needed to replace my bz* root files on the USB stick. Now I did that and that seems to be resolved. But after I logged in and tried to restart the array, my array disk (only 1 disk, no parity) is suddenly "not mountable or unsupported file system". I don't think there is anything wrong with it and I want to prevent any data loss. Also I'd really hate to rebuild everything from scratch. I'd appreciate any help. I've attached my diagnostics, and would appreciate any help. best tower-diagnostics-20240214-1929.zip
