  1. Yeah. Just wondered if any gurus here may be able to help. Thanks for your reply.
  2. Evening Spent last few days reading the internet to try and fix my issue. Clearly to no avail. Hopefully someone maybe able to help but seems to be Zidoo thing. Had to change router and so have had new IP address and range. Updated unRAID server, as I use fixed IP address on it, to take account of new IP range. All good on that end. I can see server fine from Win 11. I can access SMB share via file explorer app on my Android phone. Unfortunately whilst Z9X media player has taken on new IP address etc fine I can't access SMB share on unRAID. The old IP address and 'server' are there under Zidoo's Media manager software but I cannot get to new IP address server. Trying to avoid 'forgetting' old shares on Zidoo's video player and rebuilding as it's 40tb of media. Hoped to use the 'rebuild from new source' option that Zidoo player has for this sort of eventuality so you don't lose all your posters, movie details etc. Wondered if there was a way I could update a config file on zidoo with new server IP address but life is never that simple. If I reshare the SMB shares as NFS then Zidoo seems to pick everything up fine. Here's hoping for some pearls of wisdom. They'd be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
  3. Roon_log.txtRoon_log.txtHi all Roon on laptop and Roon Server on my NAS have been great since install up until this week when we had fibre internet installed which meant new Genexis e600 router. Now Roon on laptop or phone will not connect to Roon Server. Server and laptop are connected to router via ethernet, unmanaged switches and powerline adapters. Can connect to internet fine, JellyFin has not been impacted by change just Roon. W11 Laptop can see NAS on Local Network fine. Attached here log from Roon on laptop and Roon Server screengrab. Anything else I can attach to help? Roon_log.txt
  4. Thanks for the explanation and help rutherford. All populating now by the looks of it. Cheers again.
  5. Hi - hoping someone can help me out as I'm clueless really to unraid. I've been using Roon from my laptop with music on few large USB drives. Followed migration advice from Roon - I've got my music files all on the server, got the RoonServer docker installed and mapped and running. Logged out of Roon software then logged in via my latest Roon backup, after following Roon's instruction to 'forget' all my old USB drive shares, so I retain all my playlists etc. Able to connect to RS on my server no problem but cannot then add the music folder on the server. When I click on 'add folder' under Roon's storage all I can access is the RS docker install on the server. Under RoonServer logs it says But I have no idea what that means. I can access my media shares via SMB on laptop and other devices fine. Tried reading various threads but have not find a solution. Any advice/tips would be great. TIA
