Hello, thank you for the suggestion, but I just installed Calibre docker und wanted to use that to manage my ebook library and send ebooks to my Kindle. Emailing the books from Calibre to Kindle works, but then I lose some metadata which will only be transfered via a direct connection. So USB connection is very important to me. But if nothing else works, I guess I'll either have to install Calibre on my PC again or a VM. Best Regards Andi

Hello, is there a way to connect an Amazon Kindle ebook-reader to my Unraid server using USB cable? I already installed "Unassigned Devices" plugin and set "Auto Mount USB Devices?" to yes , but the Kindle doesnt appear. Is this a general issue with Amazon ebook-readers, or am I doing something wrong? Many thanks in advance Andi

Hello, I am toying with the idea of replacing my old Big Tower with an enclosure for my rack with hot swappable hard drives. How sensitive is Unraid to the hot swap distribution boards in such enclosures? Are there any restrictions as with the PCIe RAID cards? I had to replace my old card with an LSI SAS2008-8I. Apart from the very loud fans, is there anything else I should look out for in such enclosures? Best regards, Andi
