Your are missing the information about parity, array and pools.
The screen should look like this
Your previous diagnostics is littered with ACPI errors because the BIOS is erroneous, not related but you propably should disable acpi in syslinux.
Furthermore there are nginx errors caused by plugins. Check for updates.

Please post new diagnostics with your array halted and in safe mode.

Start your system in safe mode to rule out any plugin issue.

Use the "Clean Up" button to remove (hidden) non-used shares.

That looks alright and should enable tailscale properly.
For me GUI and SSH access over tailscale work fine after array stop/start. I access by IP address.

The dropdown menu placement depends on where the user clicks.
I don't see any scrollbar in my testing.

Please try Unraid version 6.12.0

Also change language temporary to English to exclude possible problems with Chinese translation.

Make sure your screen resolution is large enough to hold 3 columns.
Put Windows scaling and browser scaling to 100% or smaller to make it fit.

You can not remove the system panel, this is by design.
It holds the management function for all other tiles.
What is "mover" button?

Docker container updates work fine for me.
What happens when you do a manual "check for updates" first and then update?
-
This setting should not cause a loss of internet
You need to provide diagnostics so we can verify your server configuration.

However, it’s still denying me to use SSH & the GUI. Unless I delete the tailscale0 then re-add it back in, then it works.
This requires additional scripting.
What do you have in your 'go' file?

What are the clients 10.0.0.125 and 10.0.0.184, do these systems some automated calls to the server ?
The error message about "open socket" appears when nginx gets more requests than it can handle.

[6.12] NTP not syncing Automaticly
in Stable Releases
Posted
Reboot your system and post the output of
ntpq -p
I have no problems with NTP.
Also understand that NTP does not immediately correct the time in one go, but adjust in gradual steps, which may take days if the time difference is big.
