Solutions

  1. baldog's post in Added second drive to cctv pool now both unmountable was marked as the answer   
    figured it out. 
     
    Steps I took;
    1. Stop array
    2. Removed disk from cachepool
    3. Configured the cachepool for XFS. 
    4. Placed the disk back in the cachepool.
