Solutions

  1. leontec's post in Unraid Server is slow and unresponsive was marked as the answer   
    Alright, I think I was able to fix the issue because now everything is running smoothly again. Not sure what exactly did the trick but either it was disabling VM's and Docker and enabling them again or a firmware update I had to install. on my router. After doing these things everything worked perfectly fine again.
