Funzionerà tutto senza problemi.
Unraid assegna i dischi in base al numero di serie, non alla porta o al punto di montaggio, quindi, a meno che il nuovo sistema non nasconda in qualche modo i numeri di serie i dischi, questi finiranno negli slot corretti.
All'inizio forse è meglio se disabiliti l'avvio automatico dell'array all'avvio del sistema, in modo da poter verificare che tutto sia corretto.

I have managed to get this working using the serve option.
I have done the same setup has you.
n8n and tailscale docker.
in n8n i have put the network has container with tailscale docker

Than in tailscale docker i went to the console and i have run tailscale serve 5678

And then i am able to access n8n via https with the .ts.net link.

You need to have the serve and the https enabled on your tailscale account when you send the command the first time it will trigger the "enable page" has you can see here https://tailscale.com/kb/1312/serve

In che senso hai provato un attributo alla volta?
Se vai sul disco in questione sotto Attributi hai UDMA CRC error count in errore?
Comunque l'errore UDMA CRC non è un problema del disco ma solitamente un problema ai cavi o all alimentazione dei dischi

Controlla bene i cablaggi e nel caso sostituisci i cavi SATA
