    Thanks for this, had happened to me too after I upgraded to 7.0.0 the day before yesterday and couldn't work out what had changed to stop my disks spinning down. Is there a list anywhere of what other settings get reset in an upgrade, as I've noticed a couple of other things too?

    Found a workaround using Krusader. It's something to do with odd file system formats (copying from ext4) and Win11 file or rsync not liking that.

    I am getting this exact problem too, copying mp3s and jpgs from an old synology system to a new unraid server. Is there any solution?
