    Hi, Just started to use Shinobi pro and managed to a reolink doorbell appearing and downloading on there. My problem is that i have a Reolink Duo 3 and i can view the RTSP stream in VLC (using rtsp://admin:[email protected]/Preview_01_main) and Shinobi shows the preview on the left. But for whatever reason the camera preview when put into the dashboard just appears black. So by trial and error I found that the sub stream works but the main stream doesnt, Would you have any suggestions?
