  1. MODs, you can close this thread if you like. I somehow got things back up and running again. I had no idea the key file URL could be found within the account page on the Unraid website....once I applied that, things went A LOT better...although I did have to reassign my drives and setup my shares again (thankfully I remembered how I had them setup) and I'm back! PHEW!!! *ugh* what a day...gonna grab a drink now.
  2. Also, why on Earth is the licensing process for Unraid so convoluted? Maybe have 2FA, the dreaded captcha, or literally anything else other than a license tied to a USB Stick....what a giant nightmare it is when things go wrong. I was able to download the actual Starter.key file, and copy it to my USB stick in /config, and upon booting the server everything seems to work fine....for about 10 minutes until the system tells me to buy a new license...I did only buy a starter license, but I have another 6 months of use on it, and I don't even ever actually have to update if I chose not to. This is just wrong. The attached image is after the URL I was emailed didn't work...twice, and I'm running the Recover Key process from the dashboard because there is no other option...oh, and I have sent in a ticket, but I can't afford downtime, and need this fixed ASAP. Thank you in advance for any help you can spare.
