  1. Hello fiR3W4LL, Very sorry for not responding sooner, I will be more diligent at responding quickly in the future. However, I really appreciate you responding to me. Christmas and New Years, and then work were so busy. Okay, so these are the steps to reproduce the error. I will try to paste everything in order to be clear, so forgive the spamming of all the steps. If I install this normally, with all the default options, then this happens. If you can have the it default to either "Host" for network type or "Bridge", I think that might help make this more accessible for newer people to the UnRaid scene. Also most dockers have the shell command set to "Bash", I don't know if that is going to affect anything but, I usually set it to bash. Once I install everything with the default options after changing the Network Type and the Shell, then this error message happens. These are the current options within the advanced tab under the directories. The game refuses to download or install. However, I notice that you have created a space engineers docker as well, so I copied some of the settings from the space engineers docker for the steam directory and pasted them into the Empyrion Galactic docker and then it installs and works! BUT BUT BUT.. see below... So I copied the SteamCMD info from Space Engineers into my Empyrion Galactic docker. Then the game starts and I can connect ... BUT.... there is just one problem... Sorry for pasting all the startup sequence, however, as you can see now, it is all working, happy day right?! Kinda... but when I go into the folder using my FTP client, this is what I see. Typically with most games, the files will be in the Installation folder and then I can edit the dedicated.ymal (or the config) file and then I can adjust the settings, back up the save file, things like that. I cannot find where Empryion is installed on the server. I have no way to configure anything. I have no way to backup/restore the save file or add mods. I know this is a wine emulated game, so maybe there is something else... now... on the previous release of this docker, I could see the files and adjust the ymal file, but this one, I cannot. Now this release of this new docker is good, it always grabs the IP properly(that was the problem with the previous release, it would say something like "Zero ip address replaced by 0000000" or something, however, this one always grabs the IP) , so this release is indeed working perfectly, but, alas, I cannot see where the files are, adjust them or whatever. You have gotten further than most people on this one, I have tried every single Docker on github, this one is the best and works.... JUST ... just that one thing, where in the heck are the files ? ... or How can I access them... And just to be even more clear... I have about 5 or 6 other dockers working, no problems, I am pretty familiar with the intricacies of UnRaid, Space Engineers docker works fine, I can see and edit the files, it is just this puppy... she is a different type of beast. I have tried scouring the interwebz for solutions, I have found nothing, went on every single forum that I could go to, I am just lost bro... yeah. Maybe it has something to do with making a symlink from /mnt/user/appdata/Empyrion - Dedicated Server to Z:\home\user\Steam\steamapps\common\Empryion - Dedicated Server .... but that is inside of the docker img file... can that even be done? But it was done before in the previous release of this docker... I have no idea... blah... out of my league here a little bit I think... Empyrion Galactic is probably the best game I have ever played... legit the best, it would be so very nice if I could free up my Windows VM and not have to run it off of there all the time. Again, thank you for all of your hard work on this one, no doubt this is a tricky one. -JoeJoe.
  2. Hello fiR3W4LL, First of all, thank you so much for all of your hard work. Especially with Empyrion Galactic Survival. That being said, the latest update to the Empyrion app for Unraid... I have tried my best, changing all the settings, directories, everything I can think of, but I just cannot get it to work. Would you be able to help me get it running? It just doesn't seem to be working like the previous version. I feel like the app doesn't work, I have asked my friend and he is having the same problem that I am having. So, that is it, it just loops... but man, I have tried every single customization to directories or folder, I have tried absolutely everything. I know bitr's docker works cuz I can install it through the shell, but I really want it to fit nicely in my docker section in Unraid. Anyways, I sure would appreciate it if you could help me out or point me in the correct direction. Ohh yeah, your previous version worked... I just couldn't get an IP address 90% of the time for some reason (I think that could have been a bitr issue on that one, but I think you might be bitr eheheheheh... sorry)... anyways, looking forward to your reply. Thank you bro, very much. -JoeJoe.
