  1. So as i mentioned in the post i did see all of those troubleshooting ideas and tried them, but maybe i did something wrong so ill try and give it another shot soon
  2. it will show the terramaster logo and go black for a bit, then it just restarts and does the same thing.
  3. So I've spent the last week or so off and on trying to figure out a fix for unRAID on this NAS. I'm still very new to all of this so i don't doubt i could be doing something wrong but heres what i have done to try and troubleshoot. 1. tried a SanDisk 32g ultra slim drive i bought from SanDisk store on amazon and it ended up not being GUID compatible with the unraid usb creator tool, so i ran a manual install and made sure EFI folder was labeled correctly, took the nas apart and installed in place of OEM usb drive. went into bios and disabled secure boot, boot from tos and VTd. The NAS kept rebooting and never actually booted into unraid, so i figured the usb was the issue. 2. Got the new usb it worked with the usb tool, went through the same process as before, and still have not been able to boot up unraid. Saw another forum post recommending to go in the syslinux.cfg file and change the default line to Unraid OS, so i did that after attempting to boot the first time. i got in touch with terramaster support and they gave me those instructions ( the BIOS adjustments ) and told me if that doesnt get it working to post on this forum. i already purchased a full license and would much prefer to use that over TOS 6, all help is appreciated.
