Also das läuft schon 5 Stunden und tut nix außer das die orangene Welle sich bewegt. Im Moment hab ich kein Backup, da ich meinen Windows Server leer räume, um ihn mit neu formatierten Platten als Backup zu befüllen, und im Unraid sind 2 24 TB WD RED, eine als Parity und eine als Datenplatte, schon ziemlich voll. Ich kann ja die Files vom Flash als Filecopy sichern für den Fall der Fälle. Wenn ich jetzt Unraid neu installiere und meine Lizenz reinkopiere, um den auch neu aufzubauen, was müsste ich tun? Die beiden Platten in die Slots im Array, aber wie komme ich zu den Shares? Davon hab ich gut 40 Stück. Manuell? einzeln anlegen? Lösche ich die bestehenden Ordner, wenn ich gleichnamige Shares anlege? Gruß Eberhard

Hallo, ich würde gerne ein Backup vom Flash machen, der funktioniert aber nicht mehr. Wenn man den anklickt, rödelt der stundenlang erfolglos rum ohne eine Datei zu erzeugen. Versuche ich auf unraid connect ein Backup zu erzeugen, kommt failed. Ungern möchte ich den Server neu installieren. Was kann man tun? Ich habe das share flash freigegeben, und den Ordner zum PC kopiert. Früher hatte ich einfach ein .zip bekommen. Version 7.1.3

Hallo, ich möchte das Mainboard wechseln. Gibt es dabei Probleme, oder stellt sich das Array selber wieder her? Es ist ja ein anderer Chipsatz und andere SATA Anschlüsse? Muss ich da was beachten, oder ordnen sich die diversen Platten automatisch den Slots zu?

Ok thank you now it works. Weekly is too much. I will do a check one ore two times in the next week, to check the hardware. When this passes with no error, it is ok for the next time i think. But i need the resume option, because this mainboard is very slow and runs not 24-7. Thank you for your help.

No, but i had pending sectors on one new drive . They are gone after a preclear and check. Now there is no reason to sent it to WD. If i write a file, i think there is no verify after writing. When i do a parity check for the next weeks, i thought there would appear a parity error, if the drive had a sector problem?

Hello, i need some help. I have the same problem. I want a parity check once a week. Because i have 24 TB disk, it takes a long time. I have installed the parity check tuning plugin. Can i get some help, how to configure to do so? I get the same error like the user in this post. It should not begin at zero after a reboot. thank you Eberhard
