I decided to take it apart and have a look. There was no obvious connectivity problem. In fact it's hard to see how the connection could be mechanically disconnected as the card is firmly screwed to the frame . However on reassembly it worked. I checked each disk in turn so perhaps it was a problem with the disk connector. unraid-ugreen-diagnostics-20250824-1643/logs/syslog.txt 746:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: ahci 0000:05:00.0: version 3.0 747:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: ahci 0000:05:00.0: SSS flag set, parallel bus scan disabled 757:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: ahci 0000:05:00.0: AHCI vers 0001.0301, 32 command slots, 6 Gbps, SATA mode 758:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: ahci 0000:05:00.0: 4/4 ports implemented (port mask 0xf) 759:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: ahci 0000:05:00.0: flags: 64bit ncq sntf stag pm led only pio sxs deso sadm sds apst 760:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: scsi host1: ahci 762:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: scsi host2: ahci 764:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: scsi host3: ahci 765:Aug 24 16:34:23 unraid-ugreen kernel: scsi host4: ahci unraid-ugreen-diagnostics-20250824-1643/system/lspci.txt 61: Kernel driver in use: ahci 62: Kernel modules: ahci
