    i need help getting this darn thing working :) thank you in advance to everyone that reads this and those that offer help. i am a brand new user. i have the LincPlus N1. i have purchased brand new drives. 1 SATA 4TB drive 4 NVMe 1TB drives. i am able to get the array working, however i am sure i have not set it up correctly. i cannot get any shares to show up. i have been about to add myself as a user but without the shares coming up, i cannot add myself to the share. i was able to download the logs but not sure how to upload. i am very frustrated because i would think LincPlus would have at least offered some startup support. they do not. they want to charge me $150/hr just to get this this running.
