I am trying to upgrade my parity drive with a larger drive, then use the old parity to upgrade my smallest drive in the array. Here is what I did: Upgraded my single parity drive with a larger capacity one Waited for parity rebuild to finish Unselected my smallest capacity drive from array Started array so that disk is emulated Stopped array Tried to use my old parity drive in that empty disk. In the process, I had to troubleshoot a bit because the drive required the 3.3v pin fix and then my SATA cable also stopped working. After I got the old parity drive to be recognized by Unraid, I set it to the disk where I removed the smaller drive. When I started the array, it said it will start rebuild. I started the array and rebuild automatically started but Unraid is also giving me the option to format the drive since it is "Unmountable: wrong or no file system". What should I do? I paused the data rebuild for now.
