Ill enable syslog server and wait for a crash. Ive "only" had 2 crashes in a week so who know when it's gonna happen again

Hi team. I been avoiding to update my unraid server and docker containers for stability reasons, but about a week ago i figured i might go ahead and update everything in one go. The system simply crashes and doenst restart by it self or anything. No issues before the update If i remember correctly i updated from 7.0.1 to 7.2.3 Im not sure where to start the diagnostics Best guess is something to do with plex transcoding But don't know how to introduce the crash Only clue i have so far.
