    got this error message on one of my drives and need help figuring out why it happened and if i need to replace the drive. it happened last week as well, i turned the server off unplugged and plugged the cables back in and rebuilt the disk. it worked for a couple of days but today i noticed it happened again. any help is appreciated. ive attached the diagnostics and the SMART test results below. serverroma-smart-20260114-0032.zip serverroma-diagnostics-20260114-0026.zip
