  1. Possible to add (and format) a new disk to an array (no parity) without interrupting SMB services ?

    Hello, Question is pretty simple : is it possible, when building your unraid system, to add a new disk to an array, including complete format / verification of this disk, without interrupting the SMB services (provided from drives that are in array already and also some in unassigned drives (NTFS) waiting to be slowly migrated), or does adding a disk to an array without parity will require complete service interruption while formating the drive for the array ? Many thanks in advance.
