  1. I connected a different device to the server through the USB and it mounted fine, so it's definitely something with that drive. It's really frustrating because it's a new 10TB drive I was using to back stuff up.

  4. I tried changing the mount point name and that gave me a fail error too. Here’s the screenshot of the unassigned Devices. Thank so much for the help.

  6. I have a 10TB drive that was working fine until I restarted the server and ever since it gives me a fail error when I try to mount it. I deleted the partition and reformatted, refreshed in the unassigned device panel and still gives me the error. I can plug it into my Linux laptop and it works so I’m not sure what to do to fix it.
