What does URL encoded mean?

I have some customization of the flash drive (mainly I've replaced the syslinux bootloader with grub and a couple of slackware packages installed in /extra, custom go and stop files) so I'd rather not mess with it more than necessary. I believe I've read that is all an upgrade really does.

I tried a different drive and it doesn't seem any different. How does the free trial request work just to make sure I'm not totally missing something?

I want to test unraid 7 with a free trial. I have a bootable flash and once booted it requests I make an account (I did) and then once I click the free trial button I don't see any way to start the trial, only purchase. There's a change I used this drive for a free trial with unraid 6, it would have been a long time ago. Would that cause there to be no free trial option?
