So I guess I have to wait for support, does anyone know how long it usually takes?

Hello and thank you for the assist, I did copy and pasted the information from that screen, I wanted to screenshot it but the support request mentioned no screenshot. Here is what the support agent mentioned: "For us to help with your MFA concerns, please send us a copy & paste of the information within Tools - Registration (no screenshots, please) when booting Unraid with the flash drive. This will include your GUID."

Hello all, I haven't had a need to verify or connect to the unraid.net account and received a new phone and wanted to transfer the MFA to the new phone, but when trying to log in to my account, it does not take the code that is in my authenticator. I have it on 2 applications, Bitwarden Authenticator and Proton Authenticator, both are showing the same code at each change, but the website is not taking it. I have emailed support but it seems to have gone silent since yesterday. I sent in the information they requested but haven't heard back. I needed to create a new account to post here, anyone have this happen? Anything I can do on my end to fix this 9I'm thinking not but worth a shot? The support keeps asking to respond through the ticket that they created but I can't access any ticket system, I simply sent an email to the support. Not sure what ticket system they want me to connect too. I think the confusion is coming from the email I used to create the account, I used an Alias back in the day and it is linked to my main account, however when I send an email, it uses the main account email instead if the unraid.net account email, can that be the issue? Thanks for any help.
