Regarding TMM... I'm running in to the same "tried to download five times" issue.
I have tried completely deleting the config file as well as deleting the image and doing a clean install (yes, with a fresh config), but the result is always the same.
Attached is the launcher.log file. Hope it helps resolve the issue.
