Thank you, I have set it to "mirror to flash." Is this file visible as soon as apply and done are clicked, or only after a shutdown/crash? I do not see it appearing yet on the flash drive. Thank you

I posted before and thought I had figured it out by changing the power supply, updating the BIOS, changing the CMOS battery, reseating cables and even testing each stick of ram individually, but no luck. Sometimes it will stay running for an hour, sometimes 9 or so hours. Help would be appreciated. I had an old box running fine for years, but as of "updating" to a second hand rig from a friend, I am getting quite frustrated. Are there any specific logs that would be useful to gain some help with this, maybe something gets recorded on each crash? Any monitoring apps I should add while the server is up and running. I replaced the PSU with an EVGA 650 G+ and it seems to be working. Having the same issue of being able to unplug/turn off the PSU for a while and then turning the power back on but it will crash again after 5-10 minutes of being booted up but not using it. I also just tried reseating the ram, and installing a new CPU fan after cleaning the old thermal paste off. Also replaced the CMOS battery. It stayed working for a bit, but still shutting off.

Corsair TX650 PSU

All fans are spinning, and drive temps are all 77F or lower. Other than those temps, what else and where should I look? My fans are all 3 prong, so not a lot of control of them. Server was offline for a few days till I could haul a monitor close to it, and upon booting it up, and the parity check starting, it immediately (like 3 minutes into the check) powered itself off. I just booted it up and unchecked the parity check box and the server has been online for 12 minutes. When the parity check starts, does it spin all the drives at once and not have enough power? I don't have access to a new PSU but can purchase one. 7 drives + Parity + SSD cache, any suggestions? My server keeps crashing once the parity check starts. I think it may be some kind of power issue because I need to turn off the power supply, wait a while, turn it back on, and then the server will boot up. How do I diagnose this with more accuracy than me just guessing? Thanks.

That's what it looks like to me as well, but why do I not see it when browsing the drive? I am using the standard finder in mac to look at the folders. I also looked at hidden files, but there is no folder called config. I just don't want an issue backtracking to make the move to a new server work, I would like to be as close to certain that everything will be a smooth transition. I changed security from Private to Secure, and now it works. That being said, I do not seem to have a config folder on the flash drive. Unraid 16.11.3 I am trying to access my flash drive from my mac by simply clicking the Unraid server in the Network section of my Finder window and then clicking "Flash" but I am getting the error "The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “flash” can’t be found." Looking at the top of the Finder window it says that I am connected as "Guest," however when I try to connect as "root" it does nothing at all (I am unsure if this is the issue since I can view the rest of the server without logging in as "root" at this time). The reason I am trying to access the Flash drive is because I want to confirm that I have a current config/super.dat before I move my drives into a new server. Thanks

Unfortunately, my server name is picked in that hamburger. There must be another setting or corrupt database file to check or index, or permission. I just don't know where to look.

Yes, they all are. I am able to browse my media, but not search for it. When I use the search, it just gives me "community" results.

When I go into plex via a mobil app, appletv, or even the web app, I am unable to search for anything on my personal server. Where do I start to figure this out? What info can I provide here for a little guidance. Thank you!

I currently have an Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz CPU Benchmark and board that maxes out at 4gb of ram + a sata adapater, with 22TB of storage using 7 drives+parity+cache. It is time for a new setup because I keep running out of memory and it is overall pretty slow and pauses streaming to catch up, etc. I have an LGA1150 Intel Core i5-4570 @ 3.20GHz CPU Benchmark sitting in a box but I do not have a board for it. I am wondering if it is worth finding a board for this processor or just buying a newer vintage used board and processor off ebay that would surpass the processor I have for similar money or not much more. I know a lot would depend on what I am using it for, but that varies from 1-2 streams, some downloading, an off and on XP virtual machine. This will not be a heavily stressed setup, but ripping what I have apart and putting something new in the enclosure is something I don't feel like doing again anytime soon if I don't need to. Is there a link to guide me in the migration from needo to linuxserver.io Plex docker?

What is the benefit of running one plex server docker vs another? linuxserver.io vs plexinc vs limetech vs needo etc. I currently am a plexpass subscriber and have needo installed from way back. Which docker will be updated most frequently and have the most support? I realize that I am currently in the linuxserver.io thread and there may be some bias, but even so, how does one go about picking a repo, especially for the plex server? Thank you.

FYI, Crashplan does not show up in the community applications when clicking Apps->Backup even though when you do a search for it, it is in the Backup category.

Have you solved this? Wondering if you set your windows machine to backup to a folder on your unraid machine? I am unsure as to what the settings should look like and why someone would even need the docker when they could just map a folder. What am I missing?
