    Is this a plugin issue or an unraid issue? Is it even a bug, or just my ocd I'm on .18 and UD 2024.02.17, I just put in 2 drives to preclear.. Noticed the lower vs upper case - pre array start once the array is started, They both become uppercase like everything else

    I just set plex up to transcode, but when I do it just gives me a black screen.. Nothing happens If I revert back to direct play everything works fine Not sure what i'm doing wrong

    What's funny my H310 in IT mode was not happy in my DELL server lmao, backplane got really pissed off lol

    Sorry for late response, I don't get notifications honestly... does the mobo have 2 - Sff-8087 ports? If so.... just buy 2 cables "they are dirt cheap" go from backplane direct to mobo don't waste your time flashing anything Disable the "raid card" and save some power too

    Hey thanks for responding... Belive it or not.. after trying everything.... I removed all the dell drives and tested with some new wd red pros.... Everything is working fine... I put one dell drive back in.. same issue Something with the Firmware on those Dell Drives???

    It was the dell drives... I put in some new 18tb wd pros... everything works fine...

    You can buy an HBA330 Mini, You can flash your H710 to IT Mode You can buy an H730P Mini, and set to passthrough Just want to add..... when I tried my H310 with my R530 it didn't work and gave me a backplane error

    I played with everything last night with zero luck.... Everything was set to performance, so no energy savings..... I ordered some 8087 cables, I'm going to go from backplane direct to mobo Bypass the HBA330, see if it still does it

    Thanks for looking into this, I just want to clarify it's not just a parity check.. it's absolutely anything. Transfering files disk to disk via MC, using diskspeed as a benchmarks..I'm assuming you looked at the video? I will investigate later tonight, to see if I can find anything in the bios/idrac or controller regarding power savings.

    Hello, Received a Dell R530 with onboard H730 Tested both BIOS and UEFI boot, Tested on Newest RC and Stable Card is set HBA, boot shows 8 Non-Raid Disk.. I can see Smart Etc.. Tested all Drives with Disk Speed = All drive performance is within a few MB/s at most Drives set to spin down - 15 Minutes XFS Now the issue... Parity Check... If drives are spun down - I start parity check... Drives will spin up, and parity check will begin... It maxes out at 60MB/s Per Drive Not normal performance.. If I cancel... and start it again same speed... even with drives spun up.. If I spin down drives... Then Spin UP - Star Parity Check I get Full performance 200MB/s etc.... I can repeat this endlessly, on both rc and stable. I was thinking of trying to set the raid card to spindown cards after 30mins of inactivity, but not sure if unraid will force them back up?? Disregard Disk Invalid in Diagnostics.. my parity hasn't synced tower-diagnostics-20220504-1658.zip
