  1. My current cache drive is a single Crucial MX500 SSD 1TB (CT1000MX500SSD1) over the holidays I got a WD Black SN770 2TB. Would combining the 2 in a cache pool be of any benefit or would it be better to just replace the old SSD with the new NVME drive? I also use another Crucial MX500 SSD 1TB (CT1000MX500SSD1) as unassigned disk for my VM, it has the vdisk image on and my files for my Win11 VM... Can I mix and match a cache pool or am I better off leaving that alone for now until I get another NVME? I am on 7.0.0-rc.2 - Would appriciate a link to an update date guide or steps HNY
  2. That's good to know, I checked the bios and it's only latest version. Not sure what DMI is tbf but to be fair don't know how long it has been displaying like that. Not been on v7 for too long.
  3. I have just noticed, that unraid is reporting the RAM as only 32GB, I thought this was strange so went into BIOS and checked, 64GB was showing... Reseated RAM sticks, checked again and 64GB showing. Boot to unraid 7.0.0-rc.2 and memory showing 32GB server-diagnostics-20241224-1100.zip Not sure if this something related to unraid, bios or bad a memory module... Diagnostics attached.
  4. I have a 4TB WD Red which has now hit over 10 years of power on, I have a spare 12TB WD red, is now a time to swap it or leave it and wait until it starts failing? Not had any failed parity checks or alerts

  9. So that still didnt work but noticed the following in plex log. [custom-init] Files found, executing [custom-init] custom_install.sh: executing... /custom-cont-init.d/custom_install.sh: line 10: syntax error near unexpected token `fi' /custom-cont-init.d/custom_install.sh: line 10: `fi' [custom-init] custom_install.sh: exited 2
  10. Still the same, just wanted to double check these I did try moving to its own folder so /mnt/user/appdata/plex/my-custom-files/custom-install.sh too but that didnt make any difference
  11. Have I done this right? Still seems to be on Version 1.41.0.8992 Tried doing force update too but doesnt appear to do anything. Just noticed in log file I get No update required [custom-init] No custom files found, skipping... Starting Plex Media Server. . . (you can ignore the libusb_init error) [ls.io-init] done. 16. Can anyone help make this Supermicro 826 into a simple line icon
  17. Hi hope all is well, could you please do the Supermicro 826 case, cant seem to find it anywhere. Many thanks
  18. Is there way to create a torrent and add tracker, this seems to be missing or am I being blind?
  19. I will see if I can find another USB cable, I had same issue with my old supermicro motherboard and now using MSI motherboard so hopefully that rules out the controller. Thanks for quick reply

  21. You can run a free instance of wordpress on AWS which would be much better and safer option.
