  1. Hi Am running Unraid Server Pro version 5.05, with 12 data drives, a cache and a parity. No Add-ons on the O/S: unRAID is the only O/S on the machine. Have an issue with drive #8: it appears I no longer have permission to rename/delete existing files or folders, and can't create new folders in an existing file structure. This appears to be restricted to just this drive, but over the whole file structure on that drive. Windows tells me the file is in use if trying to copy, renaming a file gives me "You require permission from TOWER\nobody to make changes to this file". Have run the permissions tool utility from the WebGUI, but without any effect. All other drives seem fine. Have restarted unRAID, etc etc. I'm completely unfamiiar with a Linux command line, but have played around with the Windows CLI for 20-odd years, so am more than happy to be a monkey on a chain if someone can tell me what to type Googling tells me I'm probably going to need to run a chmod command - but given I can't even get a directory listing from the UnRAID command line, would appreciate any help.
  2. HI UnRAID 5.05, no addons. Looking for a way to spin up all the UnRAID drives when my Win7 HTPC starts (to avoid timeouts) - I know I can click on the 'main' page buttons. Have found instructions for the earlier 4.x versions, but these don't work on 5.x I used to use a batch file containing: start "" /d C:\Progra~1\Mozill~1 firefox.exe http://Tower/main.htm?cmdSpinUpAll=Spin%20up this opens a blank firefox tab but doesn't spin up the drives. Basically, I'm looking for something that I can set up a shortcut to for both startup and running from a key combination. Any help for this version (and with luck, 6.x!) appreciated, thanks.
