I need to finally swap out marvel based sas cards. I am using Supermicro X8SIA-F board with PCIe 2.0 slots. On ebay, the cheapest cards are newer PCIe 3.0, specifically 9207-8i can be bought for 20€, while 9211-8i are 30€. Since the difference is minimal, I am leaning more towards 9207 in case I upgrade the MB in the future, but if for any reason 9211 are better performing in native 2.0 slots I would go with that. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have successfully converted my two new ssd into raid0 btrfs, folowed the step to move appdata onto array and than back to cache pool, but now my dockers are acting up. I only use three of them, deluge, krusader and roon. Deluge refuses to connect to WebUi, krusader is giving me some vnc error and my roon clients are unable to reach roonserver. What should I do?

My cache drive only has 2GB left since I use it to store Roon library on it. Beside that I use it for 4 docker's and thats it, no mover, etc.. What is the right way to migrate everything from existing ssd to a new one? Is there a line code to clone everything? I have attached diagnostic file from my server, maybe someone can check if there is something else on the cache drive or/if something could be optimised (docker image allocation size)? To not open new thread, will AOC-SASLP-MV8 (not ver. "2") work with Seagate X18 18TB drives? I have 16 x 10TB connected to two of this controllers without issue. Is there anything different regarding drives past 10TB mark?

I am struggling to understand how to import from server function works. That one of the disk (disk3 in my case) has 3x times less reads than all of the others in parity build operation?

I leave the install directory by default, ie, not changing it, thats how the Transmission was installed. No, I dont have cache drive, but I do use Unassigned drives plugin and have a few drives for downloading. What do you suggest?

Sure, here is plugin screen. Install directory is /usr/local/Transmission, but isn't this in RAM or does it have physical location?

Guys, I am ashamed to ask this, but I have just installed Transmission plugin and I can't find settings.json file anywhere. I have start/stop the client but the /boot/config/plugins/Transmission folder is still missing json file. Or I am looking at the wrong place?

Having problem with installing this plugin. When I install via "Install Plugin" it looks like it is installed, but there is no icon under System Information group (I have just "Active Streams" from Dynamix there). Ahh, now thats different. My NMT was freezing while streaming from UNRAID and PC, so I knew something was fishy with it. Thats strange indeed, as I am running 5.0.6 with spin-down delay of 15min and everything is working flawlessly.

I would bet it is your WD live box. I had exactly the same issue with my PCH-C200. Random freezes with movies. Tried everything network-unraid related, then I plugged in my old PCH-A110 and everything was working again. So now I've sold my C200 and bought a A410. I guess the network card on C200 gave away, as I have completely restored it with FW and the issue was still there.
