  1. My plugins and and dockers are still not updating. I have removed pfsense from the picture and connected unraid directly to ISP router with no firewall rules. When I attempt to update a docker in example below, it appears to update, but then after refreshing the dockers page it still shows update ready. Attached are my unraid diagnostic files for review. Thank you in advance, tower-diagnostics-20181116-1045.zip
  2. 32gb unfortunately, x3200 m3 limit apparently 😞 Itching to invest in a new server, but I'm married lol
  3. I will see if CA Auto Update plugin, which is already installed, succeeds at updating my plugins since the 'Check for updates' button /function hangs....
  4. That did the trick! :-) My plugins page now loads and lists all plugins after I disabled plugin update checks under Notifications. So I then went to Plugins > and now I see all my plugins listed. I click update for the Unassigned Devices plugins and it updated successfully. If that's the case, then why is the plugin update notification hanging things? However, if I go to Plugins and click check for updates, it hangs.
  5. All, Here is an updated unraid diagnostic file to help me resolve this issue: tower-diagnostics-20181109-1721.zip
  6. When I run the Fix Problems plugin from settings screen, it also appears to hang and I see this in the logs: Nov 9 15:09:14 Tower nginx: 2018/11/09 15:09:14 [error] 5020#5020: *12912 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.168.1.186, server: , request: "POST /plugins/fix.common.problems/include/fixExec.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock", host: "172.16.1.5", referrer: "http://172.16.1.5/Settings/FixProblems" My Community Apps, Nerd Pack, and all other screens appear to be fine.

  9. I resolved the usb interface resets here: However, the Plugin screen on the web UI still does not load. It hangs indefinitely. All other UI screens work fine. I will attach a new diagnostic file shortly...
  10. I upgraded to ESXi 6.5u2 and re-registered my unraid vm. But I couldn't boot due to mismatched vm system id/device id. I resolved this by manually editing the vmx file with correct pci passthru id info. My unraid vm has been running for 4 hours so far without a usb interface reset/refresh! :-)
  11. My only noticeable issues are the web UI Plugins tab/Page Not Loading/listing plugins and the repetitive USB reset/refreshes in syslog. However, I'm preparing to upgrade my esxi host from 5.5 to 6.5u2 today.
  12. Yep I am seeing this too on ESXi 5.5. I'm using a sandisk 8gb. It does not appear to be impacting anything for me. However, I will try to resolve this too by first upgrading to ESXi 6.5
  13. @bonienl I am running ESXi 5.5.0. I will check out that link, thanks.
  14. Does anyone know what external addresses is being queried as a dependency to load the web UI plugins tab/page?
  15. Update: So when I route unraid traffic out PIA VPN, the problem with my web UI plugins page returns and hangs w/o loading plugin list. However, the Community Apps tab still works, but it obviously slower to load (20sec). If I add a pfsense FW rule to force github.com, github.io and docker.com out my ISP and not PIA VPN, Community Apps loads in approx. 1-2sec. The only thing I could think of is PIA VPN IP is blacklisted, or some sort of filtering....
  16. Update: Interesting finding, after disabling PIA VPN client/gateway off pfsense and directing unraid traffic out ISP directly, the unraid web UI plugin page loads and list all plugins now. Additionally, Community Applications tab now loads. Going to re-introduce PIA VPN and then re-direct unraid traffic out PIA again to verify.
  17. @John_M The original problem here is that I cannot get to the Web UI Plugin tab screen (see above), so I how else do I completely uninstall it?
  18. After reboot and I'm seeing remnants of preclear still: Nov 8 06:47:42 Tower nginx: 2018/11/08 06:47:42 [error] 4968#4968: *993 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.168.1.186, server: , request: "POST /plugins/preclear.disk/Preclear.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "172.16.1.5", referrer: "http://172.16.1.5/Tools/Diagnostics" How can I clean this up?
  19. Thank you for your advice. I'll try another USB port to see if it suppresses the resets. Interesting enough, everything else appears to be running fine at the surface, except for the Plugins tab not loading.
  20. Yes please. I deleted preclear.plg and it's associated folder under /boot/config/plugin Going to reboot now.
  21. Please find my attached diagnostics file for review. Thank you in advance for your time and support. tower-diagnostics-20181107-1800.zip
  22. @John_M, thanks for making this clear to me. I will post my anonymized diagnostics shortly.
  23. @Squid, Can I private message you the location of my diagnostic file?
