  1. I seem to be having trouble with this version and the Opera Plex App in my TV. How can I point to a previous build of the limetech/PlexMediaServer docker/container?
  2. No problems here - how did you invoke the reboot? After the upgrade had completed and it said reboot required I invoked it via the web gui. Reboot button, Yes I'm sure I want to do this.
  3. Updated from 6.1.2 via plugin update check. However on reboot it detected an unclean shutdown and is now running a parity check. Other than that, array seems to be running well.
  4. try to boot other OS from livecd(Ubuntu for example) to double check Of course, clever idea - Will try.
  5. PCI NIC in and working at 1000mbit. Makes me wary of the condition of the rest of the board
  6. The only way to verify that would be to try one of the PCI NICS. It looks like monkeymajik may be at the point of "absolutely have to" with a PCI NIC to isolate the issue. Agreed, will power down array now and try. The PCI NICs are a completely different chipset, so I'm fairly sure they will work fine. I was just hoping I could get the onboard working again with a different driver.
  7. [quote name="mr-hexen" post="408672" timestamp="1442009373"] Whatever you've got it plugged into is not sayings its gigabit capable to the NIC. That's a red herring i'm pretty sure, as it was working at gigabit in that switch, other devices on the switch connect at gigabit and I even tried a completely different switch with the same result. For me it is not isolated to 6.1.2 I am fairly sure it was happening since the last 5 stable. I only noticed it after going to 6.1 and then 6.1.2
  8. It used to connect at 1000mbit I have some spare PCI nics here, but I dont want to use them unless I absolutely have to.
  9. Tried 3 different and known good Cat5e, Cat6 cables, tried different switch ports, have even tried a different switch
  10. The kernel driver is included. What is your specific chip? RTL8111C 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. 11. Would it be possible to include the kernel driver for Realtek r8169? The one in these releases only allows me to connect at 100mbit. Or if possible make the kernel driver available separately?
  12. High-frick'n-fives all-round Dumped off to a 3tb usb disk. Cabling up the new config now. Thanks for all your advice bjp999. Believe it or not, I actually work in IT and some times you just spend all day on technical issues, that when you get home the last thing you want to do it look at a computer. Hence my skimming some of the posts A bit like how the builders house is never built/in a constant state of dis-repair. heh
  13. Yes and Yes I want it to forget about disk5 though. I didnt not rebuild disk 5 onto a new 2TB disk. I ran the recovery against the simulated disk. Now I want to add 3 new disks that are samller than the old disk5.
  14. May sound like a dumb question, but will running with the rebuild option again, after copying what it has found, out potentially find more data?
