  1. Thanks for updating this. I've followed your advice and it's working great.
  2. Thank you! Worked great and back to working!
  3. Same here, my reverse proxy isn't working anymore after the latest update. How did you go about downgrading the container if I may ask?
  4. I'm sure this is an easy fix but I'm not super proficient in linux. I'm having a permissions issue I can't seem to figure out. Any files I process with Beets I can't modify from my Windows machine. I'm getting a "You need permission to perform this action" error. I've tried changing the docker PUID and PGID to the values for nobody in the docker but that didn't work. Any ideas?
  5. You're right, thanks for that, not sure what I was thinking leaving the ports forwarded. And you nailed it! Thank you, that works perfectly now. I was thinking since Booksonic was using port 4040 it needed to be different for Airsonic, but in the proxy it must not matter. Thanks again!
  6. I've tried it with the context path and without (and updating the nginx conf) and no luck. Works locally both ways just fine, remote doesn't work at all with the "/airsonic" and without it I'm at least getting to the nginx server for the 502 error. I'd love to get it working as a subdomain as everything else I use is.
  7. Has anyone gotten this working with Letsencrypt/Nginx proxy? For the life of me I can't figure it out. All of my other dockers are working fine, including booksonic (which is basically the same-ish). It's working locally, but externally I'm getting a 502 Bad Gateway error. I've got the port set to 4041 (and forwarded in my router), I've got the airsonic subdomain in my letsencrypt, here's my airsonic.subdomain.conf file for Nginx: # make sure that your dns has a cname set for airsonic and that your airsonic container is not using a base url # to enable password access, uncomment the two auth_basic lines server { listen 443 ssl; server_name airsonic.*; include /config/nginx/ssl.conf; client_max_body_size 0; location / { # auth_basic "Restricted"; # auth_basic_user_file /config/nginx/.htpasswd; include /config/nginx/proxy.conf; resolver valid=30s; set $upstream_airsonic airsonic; proxy_pass http://$upstream_airsonic:4041; } } Here's my docker run command: root@localhost:# /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/scripts/docker run -d --name='airsonic' --net='proxynet' -e TZ="America/Chicago" -e HOST_OS="unRAID" -e 'PUID'='99' -e 'PGID'='100' -e 'JAVA_OPTS'='-Xms256m -Xmx512m' -p '4041:4040/tcp' -v '/mnt/user/':'/music':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/':'/playlists':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/':'/podcasts':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/':'/media':'rw' -v '/mnt/user/appdata/airsonic':'/config':'rw' 'linuxserver/airsonic' 88152de7001e5ea4e5698b1b20129d8eb3ebbce506ebf49e2954f967e217f5c5 The command finished successfully! Thoughts? Thanks for any help
  8. I've been going strong for 20 hours, looks like this fixed it (at least for me). Thanks!
  9. FYI, I'm having this same issue I believe. It occurred for me on rc4, then I downgraded to rc1 and it continued to happen. Moved back to stable and all has been well for a few hours. I'm assuming this will be addressed in a future release? 10. These are still available, will entertain any offers. Also have a Trendnet TEG-S24g available, it's in perfect shape, hardly used, asking $75 shipped to the US.
  11. I did this recently (well, not too recently) and it worked perfectly. Only issue I could imagine is if you were booting off of a disk image and not updating the flash drive when updating unRAID. Of course, any esxi VMs will be no more and you're need to figure out how to migrate those. I just started over from scratch so I can't help there.
  12. I'd have to go with Google Play Music. I subscribe so I can get almost everything I want. I also love that they let you upload, up to 20,000 songs I think, of your own music. So, for me, those that aren't on Google Play Music, I can upload and stream to any of my devices. I used to run Subsonic/Music Cabinet/Madsonic (played around with them all) and still do for some friends. However, for $15 a month for 6 of us, I've been much happier with GPM. Reason I went with GPM versus Spotify is the ability to upload your own files. I listen to some very obscure bands that aren't on either service. With GPM, I upload them once and have access everywhere. With Spotify, you can have to have the files on the device you're listening on. Just my two cents. For Subsonic, I used DSub. Only have Android devices so can't help for your wife.
  13. I've really only played around with VMs currently, as I've felt very contrained by the RAM situation. That said, I would ideally be able to run at least 1 if not 2 Libreelec VMs (I know they don't need much ram) and 2 or 3 other VMs mainly just to play around in.
  14. Thanks ashman. I've been getting by with 16GB for the last few years so doubling that I would definitely think could get me a couple more. That said, for a couple hundred more, I'm tempted to do something like this. I'm assuming that would be a major upgrade over what I'm currently running. Thoughts?
  15. Here's the situation, I've got the following: Motherboard: Supermicro MBD-X9SCM-F-O CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1240 Memory: Kingston KVR1333D3E9SK2/8G (x2) I'm at the point with dockers and such that I need more RAM. As you can see, I've currently got 16GB, I've been shopping around and the cheapest I think I could possibly get up to the max (32GB) would be for $225 or so. This is based off of the Supermicro recommended RAM guide. Would it make sense to do that, or would it be better served toward a new setup? Also, for all of those with this mobo, do you have different working RAM I could try to source cheaper? Thanks for any/all help.
  16. I've recently switched around parts in my server and have the following available. Supermicro BPN-SAS-846TQ Backplane with frame I had issues I never had time to troubleshoot with 4 slots on the server. However, this worked perfectly with the other 20 drives. $150 $15 shipping in US (Sold) IBM Serveraid M1015 Currently flashed to IT mode for JBOD Intel RAID SAS Expander RES2SV240 I can also include multiple SAS cables (mini SAS to mini SAS, forward breakout cables, and I think I've got 1 reverse breakout cable) $150 $10 shipping in the US If someone is interested in the backplane and expander, I'll sell them for $290 shipped. Any questions, let me know. Thanks, *edit: removed sold item(s)
  17. Thanks, I did not know that and is useful information for the future.
  18. FYI, I got the chance to shut down and get into the BIOS yesterday afternoon and found that, although I had changed the fan setting via IPMI, it didn't actually put the fans on full. That's why, even though the drives were getting hot, with the rest of the system not, the fans weren't running. I set via the BIOS the fans to full and am 90% through a parity check with the hottest temps being 40 degrees. I'm still going to swap these fans in the next week or two but am comfortable it will be fine until then. Thanks for everyone that helped, any questions or further advise, let me know.
  19. They've gotten as high as 45 degrees. I've got a big fan placed in front for a stopgap that is keeping the temps plenty low. Any suggestions on replacements or just be sure to look at static pressure ratings? Thanks,
  20. I'm looking for some advice/suggestions for my setup. I've got a Supermicro SC846 case I got from TAMS that I moved my current hardware into. I've got the following: PSU: Corsair HX750 MOBO: Supermicro MBD-X9SCM-F-O CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1240 Controller Card: IBM ServeRAID M1015 Expansion Card: Intel RES2SV240 Hard Drives: 20 total, green and not, all different sizes. I replaced the fans in the case but am having heat issues with the hard drives. I put Arctic F8 fans in the 2 rear spots and have 3 Arctic F12 fans where the old fanwall was. I've turned the fans onto full through IPMI. Everywhere else heat isn't an issue, in fact, the power supply fan almost never runs. Is there any trick to getting good airflow over the drives or are the fans I'm using just not powerful enough? I've got it set up to pull air from the front through and out the back. Thanks for any/all help.
  21. I've got a new 4TB disk that I'm trying to get cleared and added to my array. Running 6.2 stable. I previously attempted to add to the array, when unraid was clearing the disk it failed and ever since the disk is not visible. I've connected the disk to other computers that can see the disk just fine. I've ran a clean command through DiskPart on my Windows machine successfully. I put it in my server and it's still not visible. I've added to the motherboard ports, and to my Dell H310. Any ideas? I'm not seeing anything in the logs that would indicate an issue. Thanks for any help you can provide. cruzunraid-diagnostics-20160916-1211.zip
