Solutions

  1. LordRaven's post in Cannot connect to Shares External to Server was marked as the answer   
    Got lucky and found an old usb.  Was able to copy the passwd, shadow, and smbpasswd.  Moved secrets.tdb to be secrets.tdb.old and then rebooted. Looks good now.

    Followed the instructions in this video from SpaceInvader One:
     
     
    Ended up having to clear the logs and then it came back up.
  3. LordRaven's post in New Drive was Unmountable then got formatted was marked as the answer   
    Not sure why, but I stopped the array, shutdown, removed the old disk Six, restarted with the new config and tried again and everything now came back.  Just thankful for small miracles I guess.
