Can anyone tell me what is going on here - I noticed that I had lot of read and writes incrementing on the Parity and Disk 1. I do have a weekly appdata backup but I am not sure what is going on here. In the Logs you can see this is constantly incrementing. I can provide more info! Snippet from the logs: Mar 2 14:00:01 Tower root: mover: started Mar 2 14:00:01 Tower root: skip: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img Mar 2 14:00:01 Tower root: mover: finished Mar 2 15:00:01 Tower root: mover: started Mar 2 15:00:01 Tower root: skip: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img Mar 2 15:00:01 Tower root: mover: finished Mar 2 16:00:01 Tower root: mover: started Mar 2 16:00:01 Tower root: skip: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img Mar 2 16:00:01 Tower root: mover: finished Mar 2 17:00:01 Tower root: mover: started Mar 2 17:00:01 Tower root: skip: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img Mar 2 17:00:01 Tower root: mover: finished Mar 2 18:00:01 Tower root: mover: started Mar 2 18:00:01 Tower root: skip: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img Mar 2 18:00:01 Tower root: mover: finished

Cache Drive died / Dockers gone
The docker/Vm was enabled when the cache was corrupted/missing - i am interested in knowing where they saved if you are saying they were saved on the array. I definitely need to sort out my cache drive and backup/restore plan... since I was in semi panic. The fact that I had to restore from backup from October is not good way to operate.

Thanks - I think that link helped ! I have things restoring and my old data. Thank you!

Cache Drive died / Dockers gone
Did you disable Docker and VM Manager in Settings before replacing cache? I have not replaced the cache per say - when I first saw something was wrong I took a look and it said the drive was "missing" I rebooted and it still said not missing. I removed it and rebooted. Now the drive seems to no longer be missing - but it also is reporting it is "unmountable or missing file system," Unraid is prompting me to format it. I have not done that yet. i failed to mention - my appdata backup/restore is saved in /mnt/disk1/share_backup/ab_20241013_181402

Cache Drive died / Dockers gone
Can anyone point me to a thread to restore dockers that I backed up with the Appdata Backup tool ? I have removed the cache drive and placed back in but its says it has no operating system and needs to be formatted. I have not done this yet. I have backups but cant seem to understand how to load the docker data from backups. I attached a picture. What other info can I provide?

Okay - Here is the DIAG after to .bak --- I am now able to see my server on my networh with DHCP. _ I guess I am having an issue with my static settings. Wierd since they worked with the old Motherboard. Here is the new DIAG file: tower-diagnostics-20240129-0938.zip

Network issue after new Mobo install
I upgraded my entire system to a new CPU and Mobo - Asus Z790-P D4 wifi. I am able to boot up - But I cannot ping my servers static IP. I have checked lots of things. I am on 6.12.6 OS I disabled Wifi in the BIOS,. From the Server CLI I can ping 192.168.2.3 ( basically I can ping myself) I cannot ping my Gateway 192.168.1.1 and I look in the router and I do not see my Server. I do see the NIC port is green with activity and it says it has a link... Should i set it to DHCP in the GUI and try that? I can try to get a diag zip but I am guessing it will save to the flash drive and then i Can grab it that way? Maybe this is due to the new mobo utilizing 2.5Gbe Any Ideas?? Chris

[Plugin] CA Appdata Backup / Restore v2.5
I did not do anything weird in kicking this process off. I am not sure why it did that?? I did create a folder on Disk 1 and the data from the app data backup looks to be in both locations.

[Plugin] CA Appdata Backup / Restore v2.5
Here is what I am using. I was on unraid 6.9.x i think but i upgraded last night to the most stable release. 6.12.6. ( I did the Backup , and flash back up before I did the upgrade) attached pics. I also see --- I did not upgrade my CA Back up yet - I was using the old one. I need to delete the old app and get the new app. I will just delete these folders and try again. DUH on me. Still not sure why I have a new share though...
