Hi, I have the following system 5900x x570s Aorus Master xfx 6700xt 64gb ddr 4 3200 Windows on NVME pass through I pinned and isolated 10 cores for the Windows 11 VM I noticed when I play games with this new AMD card I get around 60 to 70 Fps but when I reboot into baremetal I can max my frames to 165. In the vm on Halo Infinite for instance no settings make a difference and it seems like my GPU cannot be fully utilized. I am passing through the vbios I dumped off the card. I will also add that things like and in game overlay don't work but do on baremetal.

You can bring up a command prompt launch device manager during install and then load virtio drivers. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

I can get the system to boot on a fresh boot with vnc set as the primary gpu and the 6700xt set as secondary. But only sometimes. I can get Linux to boot everytime. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

Has anyone dealt with windows 10/11 screen going black with amd 6000 series. Linux vm boots fine, windows booted fine until it installs the amd driver, even a new windows install goes black as soon as windows update install display drivers. I had replaced my 8 year old one with this newer cruzer 32gb and have still met crashing issues. I will cross my fingers and try another flash drive. I did error checking and copied config when I built this one. I have been wondering if I should nuke my config and start fresh and maybe something got corrupt. Made it through last night without crashing, a party check started so we'll cross our fingers for tonight but the USB drive didn't drop out when moved to USB 2.0 slot. Maybe tomorrow we can mark this solved. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

JorgeB I noticed you had mentioned that flash drive in USB 3.2 ports is a no no, one thing I plan to try when I get home it moving it to USB 2.0 ports as the light bulb went off this morning prior to moving I may have had it in the top USB 2.0 ports and now moving it was a change. I have been experiencing crashing nightly lately. I've had this build x570s/5900x for about 6 months. Recently we moved and ever since we moved the server seems to crash at night. The logs are saying the flash drive is disconnecting so I built a new flash drive and transferred the license. I also explored the idle power states option in the bios. It does not seem to matter whether I run a VM or not. I have tried safe mode. I do notice my vlan (tag not Mac) goes down when the crash happens the vlan network and emhttp is unreachable. My regular dockers are still accessible tower-diagnostics-20221031-0622.zip

anyone have an issue with Plex where it doesn't like to directplay or if it does play just black screen playing no sound. So i thought it was originally maybe my nvidia shield but another server with local storage i get zero issues. Paths are mounted correctly and if i force transcoding it will play no issue.

something in the latest dev container by author is broken to where it won't set permissions of the volume however i installed with leonowiski got it setup went back to latest dev by author and got everthing working. 4 camera's using 18% cpu according to dashboard (could be my system i didn't pin the app). even got remote access working by port. Maybe i'll find a swag redirect but so far no luck.

add a docker volume by typing blueiris instead of a path like normal docker setups. This will create a persistant docker volume. Note that the default template on this page the persistant data was not in /home/wineuser/prefix it was in /root/prefix

okay got mine working i could not use an appdata folder like we usually do. I used a docker volume to create persistant data. I have my system up and running. i am using leonowski/docker-blueiris. I mapped paths to docker home folder and pointed blueiris to those so i dont store video in the container. working on getting webui set up but so far liking it more than shinobi.

docker template needs changed from latest to gpu tag. working on getting this running on my system
