[Support] Linuxserver.io - TVHeadend
This docker updated last night and now it seems the majority of my mapped channels don't work. I'm in the UK on Freeview HD and they were all working fine yesterday. It says it's tuned successfully under the status page but the channel just never loads. I'm using a hd homerun connect and the channels load fine using the hdhomerun app so I know it's not a signal issue etc. Does anyone know where the log is located?

TVheadend plugin for unRaid 6
Is there any reason to use this plugin version of the dockers? I'm using the linuxserver docker but just wondering what advantages/disadvantages are to using this plugin version instead?

Preclear plugin
I used this to preclear 2 brand new seagate ironwolf drives successfully on 6.4.1 yesterday.

[Plugin] CA Fix Common Problems
I use the TVHeadend docker and have to set networking to host rather than bridge otherwise it doesn't see my network tuner. This has worked fine until recently and now the fix common problems plugin is always flagging this an an issue. It also seems to ignore me telling it to ignore the errors.

I suspected that was the case. I'll post in that forum.

[Support] Linuxserver.io - TVHeadend
I have to set this to run in host networking mode for it to see my hdhomerun tuner but all of a sudden the fix common problems plugin is flagging this as a problem and doesn't seem to work want to ignore the error. I have tried changing the type to host either via the drop down menu or by adding "--net=host" as an extra parameter to the docker run command. Is there a way around this to stop it generating the errors? I've had it set like this forever as far as I remember so not sure why it's suddenly decided to become an issue.

I confirmed with our network team that they only allow 80 and 443 via our general wireless so that explains that.

[Support] Linuxserver.io - TVHeadend
It's odd though as the error was access denied rather than connection failed

[Support] Linuxserver.io - TVHeadend
Yes, it's now working while at home so I'm suspecting the wireless at work might have the ports blocked as it works via 4g

The error I get from the mobile client is access denied but its definitely the right user name and password and its set to allow from any ip
-
[Support] Linuxserver.io - TVHeadend
As far as I can tell it only uses 2 ports and I've tried both.

I've started using this docker and it's working great but I can't get it to work externally via tvhclient for instance. Has anyone else managed this? I've set firewall ports etc. but the client just always says access denied. It works fine on my internal network.

No, I tried port 80 but obviously that didn't work.

Yes sorry, I updated my post to reflect that. It fails whether set to true or false.

The only difference I can see is that you have DHLEVEL set to 4096 whereas mine is set to 2048. I tried setting HTTPVAL to true and it still fails, albeit with a different error: root@localhost:# /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/scripts/docker run -d --name="letsencrypt" --net="bridge" --privileged="true" -e TZ="Europe/London" -e HOST_OS="unRAID" -e "EMAIL"="mine" -e "URL"="mine" -e "ONLY_SUBDOMAINS"="false" -e "DHLEVEL"="2048" -e "PUID"="99" -e "PGID"="100" -e "HTTPVAL"="false" -p 443:443/tcp -p 81:80/tcp -v "/mnt/cache/appdata/letsencrypt":"/config":rw linuxserver/letsencrypt 4ace7d0eb4e12f1e6fff297403f6ef2a77f6d8a317d9825d78ef0bb4069c322b

Performance Improvements in VMs by adjusting CPU pinning and assignment
I've noticed a strange oddity on my Windows 7 VM. I generally see perfect latency, green across the board. If I copy large files from my Unraid server to the VM, I will get massively latency. This happens whether using bridged networking or even passing through a dedicated nic.

Help Add More PCI Device Pass Through to unRAID 6
Yep, completely agree. I had no end of problems passing through PCI or USB tuners. I ended up getting a HDHomerun connect network tuner and it works flawlessly with a Windows 7 VM.
